Took my deposit and kept it after puppy died before shipping
'My baby puppy' AKA 'so cute puppies': Gianni took my deposit and was unable to ship my puppy. He said it was ill and the breeder wanted to have it operated on. So not true. in another conversation his wife stated the puppy died! He promised to ship a different puppy as soon as it arrived the following week. Nothing-no call or anything. Then when I did get him back on the phone 2 weeks later he promised the same again. Nothing. This went on for two months. I demanded my deposit back but he 'did not have any money'. This (and my constant phone calls went on for about a month) I called paypal thinking I was protected. Buyer be ware. Paypal does not 'refund' on a deposit. Only for a full out purchase. By this time I was out of my timeframe to get my deposit back per my credit card also. Mybabypupies has a web address that you could post commments....he would remove my comments and warnings before the posting ever went on. Yes, he controls what is posted on the customer comments. If you read them carefully you will see they are all broken english as if he wrote them himself. I was too nieve to see that when I checked this early for references. Mybabypuppies disappeared for awhile....then today I saw his puppies pictures again under his new name Socutepuppies. Please, do not buy from puppy mills or the pet shops that do. There are so many true breeders and rescue animals out there. Take one home and love it. Also, do not be afraid to ask other breeders about each other. There are some 'breeding puppy mills' with beautiful websites and it is hard to know who is who.

They changed the website. It is Now called Socutepuppies.com Be careful, I have read allot on what you all had to say. I was going to buy a puppy from them a few months ago but I just felt odd about the site.Poor dogs, I am glad some of you have saved a dog from them but others who want to make sure you have the money to take care of them if they are really sick also. Mybabypupies.com has now changed to socutepuppies.com you know there has to be an issue. I hope they get closed down and the puppies saved. Bye. :)

SOLD us a SICK DOG
We purchased a Puppie from this Company and we were not given ANY PAPERWORK or HEALTH CERTIFICATE, we didnt even know if he had his shots. We were told they would send us the info in the mail. The puppie had a cough when I picked him up and the OWNER GIANNI BEJAR told me that he was being treated with something from PETSMART. When I got him home he didnt look good and had a hard time breathing through the night. First thing in the morning we took him to our Vet and they took an X-RAY and he had a VERY bad case of pneumonia and was dehydrated, he was given IV FLUID, antibiotic medication and nebulizer treatments. The vet told us they didnt think he would make the day, I called MY BABY PUPPIES as soon as we got home from our Vet and they only said Thanks for letting us know and hung up. The puppie made the day and went back the next day for More IV FLUID and a check of his lungs, this went on for 5 days back and forth to our VET and the puppie did make it but I have almost a $1000.00 dollars in Vet bills to prove it. When I tried to call the Gianni at MY BABY PUPPIES he would not talk to me and also stopped answering my emails. I made a compliant with the Florida Dept of Agriculture and they tried three times to contact them and My Baby Puppies will not answer their letters or calls either. All I wanted was for the Vet bills to be paid up to the price I paid for the dog which is what they claim you can do on their web site and is Florida LAW. I would hope they NEVER sell another dog because they are a scam. PLEASE NEVER BUY A DOG FROM THIS PERSON, I dont even know if he had any of his shots or even if he is a pure breed they never mailed his papers to me like they said they would. I love this dog but I feel I paid over $1500.00 dollars for a mutt but its OK we love him no matter if he is a mutt or not. STAY AWAY FROM THEM they are scammers and others have been scammed also.
