Refund

. I couldn't contact anyone. Not happy at all. I'm trying to contact someone long time about my refund but no one there to help me. I need someone over the phone to contact and explain the situation what was happening but nobody helps me. You took 4 time payment for same order. I need my money back

5 charges for 1 download and no product!

I tried to order a sheet music download for Sacred Silence and could not access the download, read the help section, and tried to access at least 5 times. I currently, now, have 5 charges from you on my bank card-I ordered the music once, and could not access

Resolved: Poor customer service they take your money and rip you off

There has been no resolution, or have they attempted any contact. I have asked for a refund since they won’t pttobide ne with the music.Tom Cimbolo.

Did not get my pfdf files I received 2 printed music noted in thurs when I try to look for order it says I have not made a purchase. I'm out $62 and change please respond to me asap

I made my first purchase with them but when the pianist, open my eyes to how that sheet music isn’t the best for him, I had to call back for help. They called back fast & refunded me

They refunded me as they didnt have the piano sheet music for Count on Me by Whitney Houston. They quickly offered me the refund. I didnt have to mention it to them. :-)

Printing problems

After purchasing a song I was ready to print it out because I needed it for a gig. No such luck. After several tries and an error message regarding the Safari I downloaded the MusicNotes app and still no print. I went to the help site which didnt give me any problem solving help. At this point I have completely lost confidence in this site. Reliable and easy printing should be your highest priority!

Payment problems

Prompt follow-up by the company who gave me a coupon instead. The company admitted that due to payment system glitches, payment may not be recognized in certain countries under specific payment systems.

The site gave several options for payment, one of which was Promptpay (a local system in Thailand via Google Playstore). After the payment was made, the music score was not uploaded to my account. Very strange. I called the customer service number but no one picked up. I sent an email and have yet to receive any response. I filled in an online and haven't heard from the company.

Bad service

Couldnt print but got lots of pop up advertisements soliciting other interests couldnt talk to a customer service rep but paid extra $2 to try and print. Ive purchased dozens of music titles on another site and never had these problems. This site has titles but lack of service and high pricing. Im done

Charge made on my credit card

To whom it may concern I noticed a charge on my credit card on January 22nd for the amount of $20.36 Canadian , I know I had signed up for the Premium where I get a discount on the music I order. I have not ordered any music since December not to.my knowledge none in January,as churches were closed here in Canada . Was this charge to do to what I signed up that they automatically charge me every month even though I did not order anything for January ? I would like to know I have no problem monthly if I am using the site on a monthly basis, I would appreciate any answers

Paid $11,58, musicnotes says they can’t process order.

Your site said there was a problem with my Venmo card and you cannot process my order. card. Yet I checked on my Venmo card account and found that it paid musicnotes twice for one piece of music.

There is no record of my order online and I am out $11.58 with no music to show for it. Tried to call and received recording saying no one can answer call. Musicnotes has sent me an email saying the present moment is not during their regular business hours so they cannot respond right now.

Need credit of 48.64 on 07/01/2020

I did my second purchase of total $48.64 and immediately canceled the order bcause I didn't know how to use the coupon and accidentally pushed 2 songs twice and thus, didn't want the order. I did NOT DOWNLOAD OR PRINT RATHER ORDERED A THIRD PACKAGE OF $31.74 TOTAL ON 07/01 WITH THE COUPON AND WAS CORRECT. HOWEVER, i printed "beyond the sea" and ran out of ink half way thru no ink. Please allow me to reprint for I'm buying ink today! Sorry for all this confusion, i am new!! My credit card says i have not received pending or any credit for $48.64.
