i keep getting the run aound i just need an clear answer to weather are not i will get payed for listening to musicxrays podcosts and whlie they are repairing their website i am upset now i cant get an clear answer from no one am starting to think it is a scam

I paid $10.00 for the industry 'professionals' to rate my song. The song is still waiting for 5 MIPs to rate it after 1 year plus. I have also submitted songs to so-called opportunities and they are never reviewed even though I paid for their expertise. It is obvious music xray is a well organized scam to fool artistes into thinking that they can truly advance their careers. Reverbnation is not far behind either. No wonder the public is constantly bombarded with the same recycled lyrics from artistes that have made it with the larger recording labels.

Submitting songs to companies without getting responses.
I have submitted three songs to three different companies. The forty five days they promised that I would have gotten a response have passed. I need to know what is happening with this company.

SUBMISSION NOT LISTENED TO
DI have submitted 4 songs to music-xray for review. On each occasion I never heard anything back from any of the companies I submitted to. The disgusting thing is you have to pay £5 to music-xray for them to diagnose your song. Can you imagine that I have done that on 6 songs. In 6 months I have not received one diagnosis. So I have to ask what am I paying for. If my songs don't get diagnosed and my submissions are not listened to.

I have good songs and have been licensed outside of this website for MTV The Hills. I have never had one placement from this company. The people you are submitting to are making money and so is MXry. They list every genre of music to get more submissions ($$Money) then tell you. "Oh, great song but it wasn't the right fit for the opp." The ones I have gotten accepted for want me to sign with them and send over some weird contract where I pay them monthly. It's not the best use of resources.

Very frustrating lack of useful support
They have got my email address wrong and I have been trying to get them to fix it for weeks. The issue is that due to them using a non-existent email address I am unable to verify it and log into my support ticket. They are simply not listening to me so I am stuck in a catch 22 situation.

Was i refunded for my last paid submission? Its as simple ad that. Its your terms. If a submission id not reviewed im supposed to get a full refund. Well it wasnt and i didnt. I dont care about anyone else experiencing the same issie. But it does make it all the more disturbing!!!

What radio stations to get airplay?
Well one of the features of getting your music on the air is by paying a small amount of money to get airplay for a day, a week or more, but by checking out lot of those stations it turned out that lots of them are offline due to license problems on the US soil , so after doing my homework with musicxray, my conclusion is: do not use that site or pay any money, you don't know if it will be broadcast at any radio station!

Doesn't pay out what they owe.
Music XRay has 152 dollars in my account, for submissions that were not replied to. The money for each submission once expired went into my music xray account. I can see it but thet won't pay it back.They didn't even respond to the better business Bureau when I filed a complaint. I know multiple songwriters with the same story.

I have not heard back from Music Xray which states after 45 days they will get back with you. Something has changed about them, and it's not cool.
