Company left me without notice

I had hired "Muscles for Moves" In York, PA for an apartment move on 5/31/16. I told them in advance it was a move to the third floor. They had the best price (26.00/Hr per guy/ 3 Hour min). So I hired them to move me on 5/31/16. They were to show up between 12 to 12:30PM. I realized we were running a bit behind so I asked them to meet at 1pm instead which they agreed to. We had packed the entire house and loaded the U-Haul from the old Apartment. All they had to do was unload and take to the apartment. We arrived at my new location at 1:10pm and waited until 1:45pm because no one showed up. I then called and asked where they guys were and he said he would check and call me back. This would be the boss Cory. Another 1/2 an hour passed and I called again and got an answering machine. I continued to call every 15 minutes until 3:15. They still had not showed up. I had to pay to rent the truck another day and I also had to pay for the parking meter bags for a second day. We also had to stay at a hotel for the night because everything was on the truck. The lady at U-Haul got ahold of him and he agreed to do the move at 8:30 to 9am the next day. We arrived at the new location at 8:20am and at 9AM there was still no one there. I texted him again and he said they were on the way. We did this over and over again until 10:45 they finally showed up. It took them 15 minutes to park and when they got to the apartment they had to do a walk through. They were not happy it was a third floor and proceeded to call Cory and tell him this would be hard to do. They then came back and said they could not do the move unless I pay a bit more. I asked how much and I was told $1100.00. The previous quote was around $450.00. So I said no and we proceeded to unload. I am 60 years old and so was the other person helping and my son who is 26. Two guys came back and said they would help. So I agreed. They unloaded one piece of furniture and then told me their boss called and they had to go to another job. I have NEVER been so upset with a company in my life! I want this Cory guy to unload a 20' truck when he is 60 and take it to the 3rd floor. I can almost gurentee he won't be able to. Be causious with this company and I will not recommend them to an ant.
