Information that is incorrect I did try to email and the address for email was INVALID Now I call and it refers to the site and there is NO WAY TO CANCEL IM going to cancel from my bank card and will tell anyone I can this is a scam to keep billing consumers NO WAY TO CANCEL ALSO CONTACTING BBB

Where is my package

My package was sent back to the company, I requested that it be returned back to me .the package was sent to the wrong address ,the right address is : 425 E Washington st apt 26 monroe ga 30655 . Where's my order

Hello, I ordered my first package in October and have not yet received it. According to your website, it states that I should receive my first order by the end of November. I've sent numerous emails, and no response. Your company phone number directs everyone to your email - to which there's never a response other than the automated message response. Please advise.

Have not received my purchase

They are thieves! I'd give them no stars if I could. I have not received my purchase! I have tried reaching out to them in a variety of ways to no avail! I had to call my bank and submit a fraud report to get my money back!

Poor customer service

I had received a repeat box, and I sent emails asking that the problem be fixed. Haven't heard a peep from the company with the exception of a standardized email telling me to check the FAQs section of their website to find answers.

I can not get my money back nor the last box owed to me!

I ordered the 3 month deal...3 boxes for $99.00...back in July August. When I had only received one box by October, I got skiddish and cancelled the subscription. I received my second box after hounding them to either give me the product left or refund my money. In December, Sarah emailed me to let me know that my last of 3 paid boxes would arrive at month's end. It is mid- February and now they do not return my inquiries. No contact information and unprofessional sales techniques, not to mention the withholding of money they owe me!

Continued Charges to my card after I cancelled

I ordered one box and forgot to cancel my subscription which is automatic. When I received my second box I went in and cancelled the subscription. But now, I have continued to receive boxes even though I have followed the steps to cancel my subscription twice!

Received absolutely NOTHING

I signed up for this service as a gift for someone. I have had three charges on my credit card and have received NOTHING. They answered my first email an explained the lag between the charge and the box shipment. When I followed up I got no reply.
