MCU HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Ive trying to contact a rep for four (4) days now! I received an email with an offer which directed to click a link that doesnt work !!! I copy the link and paste it in a open window to no avail. I called and the wait is outrageous!! They offer to call back but they never did ! I looked for a number on Google and called on Saturday and the guy told me that I needed to call on Monday or make an appointment ! Yet they dont have any branches near me!! Not even in my city!! Right now Ive been on hold for more than 30 minutes ! Of course they are offering to call me back but I already know how that goes! And I have an account with them but I DONT RECOMMEND MCU TO NOBODY!!!

Speak to a Home Specialist

I was scheduled for a call yesterday at 12 pm EST and no one called . Prior to appointment, I received so many reminders. Even got the person who I would be speaking to. I have been with MCU since 2011. Its such disrespect to be treated that way

Problem with automatic deductions

My situation is not a menu option and theres nobody taking calls I was on hold for a half hour and I was told the wait was 13 mins I eventually hung up, called back and still no answer

Deposit a check

I deposit a check on Dec 2, 2022 at the ATM Machine in the Bronx NY. The next day on my phone it told me that the funds will be cleared on the 6th of Dec. looking at the phone it cleared $225. By that evening the phone showed that the funds would be cleared by the 8th of December. $225 and $5300.00. and the rest of the money would be cleared by the 14th of December. Why did it take that long to clear a bank check one week for part and two weeks for the other part. There is something wrong with this picture.

Not eneough people working on information about my money - my account. Rudeness and lack of accountability on response - wait time over 2hrs. This poor customer service.

Information & payment. Confermation specialist no call

I recently called. &. Was told that a specialist would call me but no one called. In regards to a verification for banks to b linked I tried to set them up but upon putting the incorrect amount transfer to my account 4 confermation I was locked out. Plz fix this or call me

Horrible Customer Service

I dont not understand how y they are scheduling call backs and still having people on hold for 30mins. And then when you finally speak to somebody. If you cant hear them they will hang up. As if your not saying hello back to back. There is always a problem with the online banking. And my card is always being blocked for Ubers that I take regularly

Debit card not working

I went in to the branch to update address and get a replacement card, when I finally went to use the card it says invalid card. I went back to the branch, waited on line to then be told I would have to wait again in another area. Furthermore, I tried calling and can't get anyone. I have no access to my money, and I am ready to close my account. My address hasn't even been updated. I have been embarrassed so many times trying to use my card.

After sitting on the phone for an hour they picked up and hung up the phone. Called back and now back on the phone for another hour. Just to speak to someone about my account and money. The worst

I would give NO stars, but I see one star is the lowest. They have THE worse customer service ever! Horrific experience EVERY time I call. I MUST take my business elsewhere!

They NEED to give their representatives a course in how to talk and deal with customers. ALL customers have options to do business elsewhere and thats what I intend to do!

No one is ever available to speak with you in addition to all the hidden fees related to your account. Horrible bank

Automated service is only customer service available and it never answers the question you need. Horrible customer service

I have banked with MCU for almost 12 years and I have never been so disappointed! My husband deposited $400 on 4/25/22 at 2:42am. The atm took the money and issues a receipt that the atm is broke and could not return or take the deposit! I have called numerous times and I have came in the Branch twice! The Supervisor Carmen Torres, very nasty and impatient individual brushed me off and pushed my case right back to the branch associate that didnt fix my issue in the first place! I will be closing my accounts soon and switching to Bank Of America since my money and presence is no longer needed at MCU!

MCU is unratable.

MCU Customer Service is the absolutely worst of all the banks. In addition to the long hold time on the phone, you have to wait until the automated system gets to the number before it allows the number to register even though you have been pressing it. I feel as if I am begging to have assess to my own money.

I can not understand why it takes 1to talk to a representative

Every time I need to call the customer service for any reason, it takes a 1hour to get someone on the phone. How many people work there, how much phone call they get that it takes a hour to speak to a representative, it's unbelievable
