To long to get the money back when the charge is pending. Transaction should be stopped before the transaction is completed since it hasn't been approved yet

This place is a scam after the trial period I had canceled my membership they turned around and charged me the next month I called to report it they said they didn't have any record and it's just funny they didn't charge me for a whole month but now they started charging me I asked for a refund and I haven't heard back poor customer service

Service and food
I visited your Flowood Mississippi location on yesterday! When I first made it to the restaurant our waitress was very nice and welcoming. The food was the problem first my daughter ordered the Cajun pasta and it was over cooked and VERY VERY BLAND! I ordered the pow pow shrimp and they were fried so hard! I asked for the manger and by the way he was nice too. He offered to fix the problem. So I said ok let me just change to the egg rolls But it took so long for the fixed food to come we was about to leave so I told our waitress to make it to go I always check my food order and we got in the car my egg rolls was burnt.. This was my first and possibly my last time eating at a Mugshots because that was ridiculous! ( I took pictures of the food but I dont see where I can upload them)

Company made unauthorized transactions to my card, when I tried to call them, the automated message was only in Spanish with no option for english

Make people aware of how detrimental this website can be to someone livelihood
I was falsely accused and falsely arrested with no investigation leading to my arrest. Everything was dismissed and unfounded. I have lost employment (after 27yrs) Any future employers are not giving me a second look because all they see is this mugshot and the false charges which dont even exist anymore. It is not acceptable to put people out there when the facts are not true facts. This website has destroyed my life, my livelihood, and my reputation.

I need to talk to someone on the phone, I tried talking to someone live, but it didn't work , They're a ask for me to pay more money that I don't have. And the phone is in Spain, you take customers money each month when you dont use the service

My daughter got a hold of my phone and was just accepting all these ads that popped up and yall have charged me 41 dollars off of MY CARD WHERE MY MONEY IS AND I WANT IT BACK NOWWW!
