Weed wacker

The recoil and plastic piece is broke I only used it one time also first time it was started the pull string came out on the third pole Lowe's was asking if I can get a ra number or confirmation

Check on order

I spent 50 mins, On hold .when I did get someone, he couldn't help. Escalated to level 2 on hold again , after 30 mins, on hold again I gave up,($@%# !,) my order has been setting there 6 days already and maybe 4 more before it even ships. !

Technical support

When I called no one answered the phone, it just rang and rang then put the music on, I hung up. My older model MTD yard Machine needed a rear drive belt, the one that goes to the transaxle, not the engine. I got the exact belt I took off but now when you push in the clutch/brake pedal the tractor will not stop. I inspected the vari pulley and all is good there so I shortened the rod from the pedal to the pulley to get max disengagement but it still will not disengage. I just can't get enough slack in the engine belt.

Looking for cog drive wheel for track snowblower

The rep was very helpful she let me know that you no longer carry the cog drive wheel for my model snowblower and I couldnt read the complete model number and she gave the correct number with the info I had completely satisfied thank you

Product engineer defect!!!

MTD yard machine 25 ton log splitter...bad engineering. Can not access oil drain to do a simple oil change, idiots!!!

Parts help!

Hi, I purchased a TB30B Troy-Bilt riding mower on 4/8/2022 at my local Homedepot. Yesterday one of the drive belts burnt up do to the belt keeper breaking. I contacted your support and they said they don't have any of those belt keepers in stock and don't know when they will be getting any in. Not sure what I'm supposed to do now...please help! Thanks, Frank

Not happy with all this being sent around

Its not starting and I was told I had a 2 year warranty on it, but Im being sent to more then three different companies to settle this. Just cause the fuel lines was shot

Most difficult company to get in touch with

I have tried repeatedly to chat with an agent on your website but everytime the agent comes on, the screen goes blank. Even trying to reach by phone is impossible. None of your options fit my questions and I can't get a human on the line. Do y'all care about customer service or not?

The worst customer service experience my husband and I have ever had.

We ordered a set of 3 spindles for our zero turn when the parts arrived the three boxes had the correct part number on them but one box had the wrong part inside. The next day my husband called and waited a half hour on hold until a girl answered. She told him she would transfer the call but she disconnected him. He was at work so I told him I would call again . I was on hold for a half hour when a girl answered. I explained what happened and she said she would stay on the phone with me to make sure it didn't happen again but I also asked for her number in case it disconnected while I was holding. After over an hour my electricity went off and I was disconnected again. I called Whitney back at her number and asked to speak to someone in charge because I felt that the waiting time for service was ridiculous. She told me to ask the person she was transferring me to which I assumed was the mythical parts dept. After holding again for 13 minutes I had had enough and decided to contact someone at their headquarters in Ohio. Guess what they are mythical too. I then called Whitney back but by then i guess she got smart and decided not to answer her phone. I left a message for her to please call me back and yes i was rather stern but by this time the blood vessels in my head were starting to pulsate. Later i tried again and of course no answer left another voice mail asking if she would please have the parts dept call me back.. They never did.. Trying to contact anyone at this place is harder then breaking into Fort Knox. My advice to you is order the parts from China because maybe you would have better luck contacting the Chinese if you get the wrong part.

Terrible service, worse product

Terrible customer service. I purchased a Yard Man lawn mower and discovered a part was missing. I spent over two hours on hold and finally a rude agent came on the line. She insisted the missing part was my problem and refused to help me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS company. They are a bunch of con artists that don't stand behind their *** products. Contact the BBB. Maybe if there are enough complaints, this unethical company will be driven out of business.

My chainsaw I used once won’t start and no store that sells craftsman chainsaw will replace it

I was told I have a two year warranty but no place will replace it cause they dont sell that model anymore

Chainsaw

My chainsaw still doesnt work, Im trying to return it but lowes is saying no. They cant do anything so I want a paper emailed to me to guarantee a replacement chainsaw. So let me know what I can do to get this done. I have a two year warranty on it

Product built to fail.

Nothing but trouble with a $1500 snow blower. Sheer pins fail constantly, auger cable will not last two full winter seasons. Now can't even resolve these issues. I have to move snow and can't. Garbage product very unhappy.

MTD Waranty FULL OF HOT AIR

Buyer BEWARE! Read the warranty before buying anything from these crooks! They profess to offer a warranty BUT have so many exclusions and exceptions to their warranty it is a disgrace. Example 1 - Bought a (MTD) Cub Cadet Z Turn mower at a cost of just under $6000. Supposed to have a warranty BUT the two bolts that dropped off a month after receiving it were not covered. I called their customer service line and they said I would have to pay for these to get replacements. Example 2 - I bought a (MTD) Bolens String trimmer from Lowes and Lowes receipt states returnable ONLY within 30 days from purchase date. Two months after I started using it, the Bump head that is supposed to release the string line is crippled because the design is made of flimsy plastic and is NOT covered by MTD warranty. SO BUYER BEWARE!!!

No response to date

Dear Sir or Madame, I just got off the phone with one of your customer service personnel ( Daryl ) who hung up on me without cause. The call was made at about 9:30 AM eastern time. Im hoping this call was recorded. First off, I had to get it serviced right of the crate for I was unable to shift it, so I called customer service and was told I had to have it serviced at one of their authorized dealers. I gave him my zip code and he told me the closest authorized dealer was in Warwick. I informed him that I did not own a truck and asked if they would pick up and deliver. He suggested that I call them (401828****) and find out if they had pick up and told me it was my responsibility to drop it off and pick it up. So, I did and they said they did but it would cost me $180.00. Then after about four uses of said tractor they battery died on me. I called customer service and explained my situation, that being I still was unable to drop the tractor off and pay another $180.00 for a battery and he told me he couldn't fix it though the phone. A said excuse me what did you say and repeated what he had said and I then responded asking him if he was a wise guy and he then hung up on me not saying another word. I guess you can tell I'm not all that impressed by both your product and customer service people. Thank you, Jerry Bernier. jerryb494@***.net
