Inconsideration for the people traveling to Flatbush during rush hr

For years now, MTA trains have not been route properly running to Flatbush location during rush hours or peak time. Why the *** do the supervisor or whom ever responsible for routing these trains have to direct # 3,4, and 5 trains to crown heights location and only have just the # 2 line only going to flashbush . This is crazzzzzy , riders are frustrated with this mess : stop that *** and distribute the train line properly. The # 5 should be for flat bush at all times : continues the 3 and 4 on their routes: however, leave the #5 and 2 on its line for Flat bush. The # 2 line alone is overcrowded and cannot take all the riders, the wait time is ridiculously long for the # 2 because there is only one train going to that direction : the trains should be evenly distributed so riders don't be stress out and frustrated. I am taking this to the media : because this is racism to the core.

Complaint on nyc transit access a ride

Today 6-23-23 I was pickdd up by access a ride car 5221. As a senior I was given the 1/2 fare card by Nyc transut. I pay $1.35 each time I ride and am to pay the same thing on the access a ride I was almost tbrown iff acces a ride wigh my cane because the dispatcher Venitta tomd the dtiver he is to charge me the full fare of $2.7/. I tried to sjow him my Card from transut but this nasty disrespectful Venirta told him no. It was humiliating. How can transit give me sonething and then not homor it. Im a senior with the 1/2 fare card.

BLOCKING FLOW OF TRAFFIC

Buses are parked for hours on service road of Horace Harding Expwy. This blocks the flow of traffic on a VERY busy road, next to LIE and Grand Central Parkway. This is done on a daily basis. They can stop on the Grand central local street without interference of any kind. Please help.

I search to to put colours plan on Jamaica Station metallic parts, bythe way I have the rights and copyrights to do that kind of work. whye, because its easier to go right portal by colour, please take the red 8 ....!!! saves time to call after colours.

Clowns

Professional transit vehicle 5506 pick me up at 859 am driver had a pick up in Brooklyn by Coney Island tell me why miss my appointment at 432 Bedford ave why from farrockaway why I had to coney. Island at mermaid now passenger got pick why they getting drop off I to suffer miss my appointment hopefully get my distance Acess will be picking me up then I have to wait another two hours before get a vechile pick me up. Be for real access a ride everywhere seriously all transits is bettter. From farrockaway to Coney Island professional transit get paid by mileage thank u

No Subway

worst mean of transportation in the world. scheduled maintenance every week and shutdown all service. they dont care about the passengers, dirty and smelly wagon.

Train schedules at Mount Vernon West don’t match train schedule on website is causing me a major problem this morning

Machines at Metro North Mount Vernon West dont work one day. Its no cash next day no credit card somebodys gotta maintain these machines schedule on website does not match schedules posted at Mount Vernon west.

Bus no showing up at schedule time

The past 2 weeks on particular days Monday and Tuesday the 17 bus Canarsie Seaview that suppose to arrive at 5.02am at empire and utica never showed up I transfer from 12 bus and get there at 4.58am therefore had to take a Uber to work or wait for the next bus that does not arrive until 5.27am making me extremely late for work ,then today Monday 9/26/22 again no show the Uber was $38 ,its ridiculous that I spend $33 on weekly metro card yet I got to take cabs because not arriving at schedule time something needs to be done if the 5.02am don,t arrive have a next bus at 5.12am so the people won,t be late for work

Unacceptable Behavior

Houston Metro North. One of your employees behavior has been inhumane and unacceptable. These are not characteristics of an employee that you should have. Personal and work should somewhat align. You can not be horrible and good at the same time. A really pissed off community member.

Refund of tickets stucked in the app

I bought 2 tickets from Manhattan to White Plains on Sep 9th to use in Sep 10th. However I could not access the app because it said my device is blocked so I called 511 and I could have any help. I needed to buy 2 more tickets on Saturday to not miss the train. I want a refund.

The MTA doesn't help the economy at all. They are almost always late. The schedule is not right ever. People are late to work because them.

The lateness of the service is too much. Not a good thing to help the economy. The trains are homes for the homeless and it's not to safe to be in trains and busses.

Surly Driver Put Me In Danger.

Everything was fine until they hired the new drivers. I walk with the aid of a rollator. This morning, the new hire didn't want to lower the kneeling mechanism upon my departure. I admit that I was confused about the torn-up streets in downtown Niagara Falls, then hedged whether or not to get off at a stop, and ultimately got off at the next one. Driver lady was angry. I am very sorry. But I really do need the mechanism lowered. As I cannot risk a broken leg if I displease them, or being stranded somewhere, I will no longer be taking FTA Metro #50, and will only take the other buses when it is absolutely necessary. I used to ride almost every day, but now it looks as though this freedom, along with every other good thing in Niagara Falls, is gone.

Injured and so shaken up by a driver who decided to be RECKLESS! My husband is hurt bad and I am so upset my car is totally destroyed and we are hurt !

Late trains

Run your trains on time. The price they charge for tickets they should never be late. People that use your service have places to be like, healthcare appointments, job interviews and clients appointments. When you run a late service it impacts peoples lives.

Registered disabled be aware of this disrespectful black conductor.

I paid Metro North conductor my train ticket . Metro North white conductor single me out on the train for not paying . Hiding on the train when I told him ., I will report him to Metro North . This black conductor collected my fare and wouldnt let me back on the train . I am disabled just had a MRI at the hospital today .
