Nobody has ever helped with me getting my refund. My phone is old and can't even update. Never even signed into this app that's okay it's time to turn it over to my attorney. Will let them pay a whole lot more than that $50. But that's up to them. They get your money and then act like you don't exist. Shame on them.

I spent an hour reading about this app. NO WHERE on any data info did it inform me the target phone would be notified. That not only defeats the purpose but could have placed my personal safety in danger. Ive sent 2 emails and finally received a vague response that did NOT address my issue. After seeing that target phone would be notified I canceled order and hung phone up, never downloaded ANY APP. Either credit my account or I will file with the BBB. I cannot talk to a live agent and had to sign a disclosure before I was able to even leave my name or phone number. This is unacceptable business practices that you should address immediately. I never accessed ANY product of your so instead of telling me how to treat it or download it again-GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK NOW.
