Collection on credit report that is not mine
I checked my creditkarma.com and there was a 1563.00 bill from MRS BPO collecting for Cirro Energy out of somewhere in Texas.. I have never lived in Texas I've lived in Des Moines,Iowa my intire life of almost 69 years and the same address for 38.. please take care of this ASAP I TAKE PRIDE IN MY CREDIT.

Settled Debt
Hello I worked with Mr. Ron Free about getting a pay for delete after settling my collections. I asked if you guys could do that and send my title but he said Exeter Finance has it and that I would have to ask them for the pay for delete. I called Exeter and they said your company takes care of all that. I wanted a pay for delete so I could purchase a home next month. Is there anyway that a pay for delete can be done still?

I Contact The Company
Hi! I did contact them and they indicated to me that I do NOT owe the amount that they were trying to collect from me. They also told me to disregard the notice and that I am, "free and clear" from that debt that I never owed to begin with! Blush Thanks for your inquiry, Charlene

Mrs billed me for att equipment, they said was not returned
problem with mrs's billing...i kept the att return equipment reciept and can prove my position.

They sent letter of collection without further reviewing if the vendor has valid cause to send someone to collection.
Direct TV is owned by AT&T and are selling their products bundled under the roof of Costco. You have to sign one contract for both Direct TV and AT&T (whatever product like phone service, mobile phone service, internet) to get discount. They guarantee their service using the integrity of Costco and they make it appear as if Costco has something to do it. If one does not deliver the service, you are still under obligation to pay the undelivered service and they demand you to continue with the contract because one party delivered the contract - 1/2 of the contract. They cut off the service but still you have to pay their discontinued service. If you don't pay, they send you to this collection agency. This agency accepts it without verifying the case.

I received the above letter on August 4th, 2020. Today is the 30th day from your letter giving me 30 days to respond. Direct TV says they have charged off this account. I fully paid them off and I don't owe this money. I can prove it showing payments to them after their service didn't work for a couple of months. Susan Swor I tried to call you but none of your phone numbers answered. I tried to go on your website but it was not working because of "security reasons".

This volatile behavior is extremely harassing and verbally abusive. I do not owe this debt, and want them to cease and desist all communication and harassment immediately!

Not notified that a had a debt
Shame on you, you're reporting me to credit bureau at this time of word wide crisis, we're off work , we can't even have 2 meals a day, and you're busy reporting people to collections, you've never even contacted me to let me know I owe you money, I just received an email...shame on you.

FRADULENT AND ILLEGAL REPORTING. They need to be sued regularly to STOP. This is why collection agencies have such a SCUMMY REPUTATION

A collection appeared on my credit report stating it was effective in January. I called the company six different times and they could not find ANYTHING - yet they PUT THIS COLLECTION ON MY CREDIT REPORT. This is such fraud and needs to be stopped. I am in the process of having my attorney sue them. What they are doing is ILLEGAL and they know it.

BPO LLC calls and sends me letters saying I owe them $334.28.. Ive contacted the previous DC and they confirmed yes I did pay the debt and there was a $0 balance due.

Fraudulent Behavior
Keep calling me and mailing me saying that I have a debt with Paypal that they now own, even though I have no such debt. The amount that "my debt" is changes each time as well, sometimes its only a few hundred other times well over $1k. I have stopped even responding because I feel that that is only encouraging this farce to go on longer...
