Due to issues my bike tyre
Recently I have installed new front tyre for my bike now it has some crakes on edges of the tyres, I have shown to the same service center about the issue but they are not responding and saying that this is my fault.

Please change my tyre in warranty, I tyre is perfect condition only some small cut in rear tyre, I Went to dealership for change in warranty but dealer demand more rupees 949/- why ?? Claim tyre not received
I took my old tire which was cracked. Gave it to the dealer. The dealer sent him to the company for the claim. His claim was also done. I got a message for claim. Your claim is done. 759 when I reached the dealer to collect the money and the dealer is speaking. You will get only 190. any solution for this problem

I recently purchased my mrf perfinza 4 tyres 195/60/r15 in tirunelveli.ma back tyre was teared off in 400 tyres..there a no puncture visible in it.m one of ur regular customer sir..pls do de needful.tanku

Complaint Regarding the Tyre
Dear Sir/Mam, Greetings of the day!!! Kindly find the attached file. This is to inform you that I had purchased a set of 2 tyres from your MRF tyres and service franchise SINGH TYRES AND COMPANY, Modipuram, Meerut, At the time of purchase your franchise dealer given the warranty for any cut and damage of tyre. Today one of my tyre got a cut and got damaged I went to the tyre franchise dealer to get it replaced as it was under warranty but your franchise dealer refused to do that and said you have to purchase a new tyre as we cannot replace it we told showed him the bill as it was under warranty but e refused again and again regarding the same. I just want to ask you that during the time of purchase your dealers to sell the tires give unconditional warranties and when it comes to deliver that they refuse. Is there any responsibility of the company or they have to just make us fool so that they can sell the tyre. I already have other cars and vehicles apart from this but I am sorry to say after what had happened with me today at your franchise dealership, I had a very bad impact on the company. I'm sending the copy of my bill and pictures of the tires which got damaged. Kindly check it at your end if anything can happen kindly let me know.
