Horrible customer service
My order was completed incorrectly and customer service (online only, no phone number) refused to correct. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company. I will never use mpix again.

Four of my 5x7's chopped off the top part of my son's head in the picture
I ordered several pictures and 4 out of 10 of my 5x7s werent good because my sons head head was chopped off.

Customer service is tremendous!
I had a complaint about not seeing my discount that was promoted and their website. I was completely frustrated, but within a matter of minutes MPIX responded to me and fix my problem. I have no doubt that I will use their service over and over again. Im very happy with the MPIX.com. I am not so happy with pissedconsumer.com because they gave me a fax number, which didnt help me.

One question.
I refuse to may even $1 to get roped into a subscription that I would probably need or want in the future. I realize that I can cancel anytime in the future. All I wanted was one question answered. No problemI will go back to making enlargements at Walgreens. Not as good quality but no subscription necessary.

Website was hard to manage and order products. I ordered a print, paid for expedited shipping to be delivered by November 17. I still do not have my print!!
I ordered a print over 3 weeks ago. I paid extra for the expedited shipping so it would be delivered by November 17 because it was a gift for my daughter in law. Her birthday was November 19. It is now November 22 and I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE PRINT THT I ORDERED!!
