Cancelled and took my money

They canceled and took my money trying to get someone on the phone is a joke!!! Ive was hold for 2freakin hours and still no one answered,I want my money refunded!!

I cannot reach them to get my refund back their movers did not show up on Saturday and my $253.95 is pending in their account please refund my money thanks U-Haul has giving me moving helpers for Saturday the funds is on hold in my account but your movers did not show up and I could not reach the moving man who I spoke with so please refund

Have been nothing but helpful

Review is about communication,and anytime I have had an issue I shoot them an email and I got a response when I get up in the morning, either problem solved or requesting more information,then problem solved. Thank you moving helper.d

Never reimbursed for canceled job

I am absolutely infuriated with your company right now. I canceled a job on 2/16 and still have not received a refund! I previously had to cancel a job due to a blizzard state of emergency where I live and that refund only took 2 days. I spoke with my bank and they informed me that as soon as you release the funds it immediately goes into my bank account, so the hold up is not on their end, but YOURS. I rescheduled movers to come tomorrow, over 2 weeks ago and I'm going to have to cancel them AGAIN, because of your negligence in to refund me. I will not be canceling these movers, as it's just myself and 2 small children in a home with absolutely none of our belongings because they are in storage. I don't care how this is escalated, but I want my refund by 8am EST tomorrow, or I will be the one to even further escalate this.

by T town moving was over booked they was not available until 6pm and we got the truck at three we ask if they can come at 4:30 they had a job for 2pm to 6pm we are going to be done by 6pm. So we would like a refund please

Hands Down the WORST Experience and Terrible Customer Service

Ill just bullet point: - No point of contact if there are any issues. - The company hired never called or communicated. I called several times during the week to confirm delivery information but no response.. the phone was going directly to voicemail. - day of Delivery he finally answers and tells me his phone was broken and he cant deliver services because his transmission blew on the truck - i was on hold with Uhaul and Moving help for 2+ hours - Moving Help agent finally picks up and pretends she couldnt help me by saying she couldnt verify my account and HANGS UP after i pleaded with her not to because i had been on hold for so long. - No i am forced to call back and wait for another (who knows how long) to get a new Labor company to get my items delivered. this is crazy!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERIVICE

As a provider for this company, I had a customer make a mistake and I tried to call the company... They want to charge me $30 just to get a hold of a customer service agent for "any reason!". I've never been so appalled in my life by a company!

CLUTTER here we go again with the RIDICULOUS BILLING CHARGES. I DON'T OWE YOU A DIME AND YOU ALL KNOW IT. I ALREADY PAID YOU LAST WEEK AND RECEIVED EMAIL CONFIRMING THIS FACT FROM TIFFANY AND MEGAN WHO DIVIDED MY FULL PAYMENT...EVEN FOR JANUARY 2022 WHICH I ALREADY PAID AND SUDDENLY YOU GUYS STATED I DIDN'T BUT THEN CHANGED YOUR MIND AFTER STATING IM PAID IN FULL THEN CHANGING THAT FACT BACK TO STATING I OWE YA FIR JANUARY AGAIN. IM SO SICK OF THE GAMES AND THE CRAZY RIDICULOUS NOTICES SHOWING AGAIN I MUST PAY YOU OVER $130.00 AGAIN TO AVOID AUCTION AGAIN ON MAY 4, 2022. STRANGELY AFTER I PAID $280.00 TO MEGAN LAST WEEK, SHE STATED I WAS CURRENT AND TIFFANY WASN'T AVAILABLE TO SCHEDULE MY FINAL DELIVERY BUT SHE WILL HAVE TIFFANY CALL ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. FINALLY I CONNECTED WITH TIFFANY AND SHE SUDDENLY COULDN'T GIVE ME A DATE FOR MY FINAL DELIVERY BUT SHE WILL CALL ME BACK WHICH THEN SHE STATED THERE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR SYSTEM TO SCHEDULE MY FINAL DELIVERY. SO TODAY CLUTTER MOVING STORAGE HAS ME IN AUCTION STATUS AGAIN...STATING I OWE YOU AGAIN. THIS IS A CRAZY/BIZARRE UNTRUSTWORTHY BUSINESS GAME YOUR PLAYING AGAIN. HAVE TIFFANY CALL ME TODAY...NOW OR HAVE THE CEO/PRESIDENT CONTACT ME IN ORDER TO MAKE WRONG...RIGHT...YOU GUYS CAN'T BE TRUSTED.
