I never received my order
I ordered dvd two months ago but have never received order and no response to my 2 email inquiries. This company is a scam. I have reported them to Better Business Bureau and FBI for interstate mail fraud.

False advertisement
Ordered a new movie in its original packaging and received a homemade movie in a paper sleeve that doesnt even work! Do NOT order from this company. They wont even respond to my email.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. Never got my product it's been months and months. Will not respond to email. No phone number. Total rip off scam. Do not purchase from here!!! Doesn't deserve any stars but you have to at least give one to post

Ordered during the pandemic. Fav childhood show--Are You Afraid of the Dark? Never received. No responses to emails. Tracking number was a joke. I'm out $60 but I am going to attempt to resolve with my credit union.

Movies never received
Ordered 3 movies and received shipping notice on 7/10/2020 indicating I would receive my order within 15 days. It has now been over a month and no movies, no replies to my e-mails, and I am out the cost of the movies. Scam company.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Never received my movies
Ive ordered from them before and had a great experience. But 7/9/20 I spent $129.50 And ordered a bunch of dvds and its been a month now and I havent received anything! Ive contacted them and have not received any email back. I believe I got scammed!!! Dont order from them!!!

I ordered some movies from this company back in April and have not received an email tracking number nothing from them I have tried to contact them about 6 or 7 times and they never contact me back DO NOT ORDER NOTHING FROM THEM!!! I ordered the movies a cry for help the night of the twisters and the jessica mclain story

They take your money and do not deliver and do not respond to inquiries
The company that takes the money (as soon as the order was made, even before they shipped, it is customary to wait at least until it leaves the company) is called The Simple (clothing, entertainment). Movieszeries is the one that so-called communicates with you, if they do.

Fast taking money...but no movie
On June 4th I ordered the movie "So Dear To My Heart". The payment to them posted on June 5th to a company called The Simple. I have not heard one word from them about the movie. No e-mail confirmation and no movie and it has been 6 weeks!!!!

They have chosen to ignore me with no video's and no refund. I was NOT hateful to them and they promised me twice the video's were sent.
I order most everything online and everything has always reached me, so I had checked my address they had to make sure it was right. I have a house address so it's not a PO box or anything like that. The first time they said it must have gotten lost. The second time I was just told they had shipped.
NO tracking of course.
Trying to get my video's or a refund has gotten me no where. I'm handicapped so I order everything online so I find them to be a VERY SORRY company.

I ordered 2 DVD's and apparently (not believing it at this point) they have been sent out twice. Still nothing. I will get a refund or I'll be contacting the Better Business Beauru and putting my bank on their tails. GIVING YOU HEADS UP! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.
