So stupid
Absolutely *** Got my main locked for 3 days for "scamming" also got my backup BANNED and the girl who got my accounts locked still has hers. As the photo says, I said "I don't go first" and she said she doesn't either and that's when she started reporting me, so you can clearly see I did nothing. Seriously I'm not trying to have my main be permanently locked, i have 14 diamond pack sets on there

Not loading
Hi, im not sure whats going on but my moviestarplanet wont work??? What happens is that my app loads like normal and itll take me to the sign in page like always. I tap on sign in and it just sits loading and dont open. It isnt my internet because this did this for a week straight before but i just gave it up with it. Now, ive restarted my laptop (didn't work) and then uninstalled moviestarplanet and reinstalled it which took a lot of time and it still will not load. I've been told to email you and it should work again.

I bought $31 with the VIP and haven't received it I tried buying a month and a week VIP to see if it will come right behind it it never did can you please fix your game or give me a refund I've gotten $50 Google Play card so I paid the VIP through Google Play so will you please give me my 3 months of VIP to my account called ChucklesXD please

I am missing 3 months worth of VIP I spent 31 American dollars on that damn game how come is my VIP is not showing up on my account my account is called ChucklesXD will you please fix your damn game and give me my damn VIP before I report this to the police and I also spent a month VIP and a week VIP for it show up right behind it it never did.

Hello team of MSP! This is NOT a complaint. It is, however, more of a plead to you guys to see this. Towards the end of last year (2022) I made the decision to change my password due to my friends accounts being hacked, it scared me. Now, I remembered this password not only because I had it written down, but because its something hard for others to guess but very easy for me to memorize. I have recently made the discovery that my password is no longer what I had made it to be, it has been changed. I do have a back up account that I did go on just to check on my main account and nothing seems out of the ordinary. Nothing is missing, nothing is stolen and nothing has been changed (for as far as I could see). Youre probably wondering why I havent just sent a password reset link to my email for that account, well here is my answer: in 2014, when I made that account and started playing I didnt realize that the email I was using wouldn't be permanent, therefore, me, being 14, I decided Ill change it when Im older or Ill always use this email. Well here we are now and I havent used that email SINCE I was 14 which means its GONE and I can no longer access it. I am now 21, almost 22. And yes! I still play it, its nostalgic to me and I still do buy that account VIP. Im just hoping someone can help me get my account back. I have numerous transactions on my statements to you guys for ke$hawesome45 (that is my user name) and I really hope this email lands on someones screen who happens to care a bit more than others.. I love this game and I love this account. Please please please help me! Thank you, A supportive customer

They never repsond to tickets
I have played moviestarplanet since i was a kid then when i realized i got locked forever for no reason for literally doing nothing in the game i got mad and made multiple tickets explaining the situation but no matter how many i made they never respond giving me no chance to make up for what i somewhat done on that game i want to know what i done and make it right but moviestarplanet is never gonna give me that chance and i want to do right and let them knkw i got hacked and it wasnt me doing doing all that its an unstable game

You locked me out of my account
I played moviestarplanet for a long time i sit in chatrooms and say nothing never bother anybody on there till i start getting locked out for no reason i try contacting support about this but they always ignore me it makes no sense how i always get targeted for doing exactly nothing in chatrooms i cant even play the game anymore whatever happend i was obviously hacked and ppl kept messing with my account to get me banned msp is very corrupt
