Cannot reach customer service

I have been trying to reach customer service because I want to join but the number won't even ring through. I have some specific questions I need answered before I join. I am already an AMC A-Lister.

Theater not listed

The list of theaters is inconsistent. I usually go to Southeast Cinemas and there are times when it's listed but the last several days it's not listed there. Even when I was right outside the theater it wasn't listed, but it was the week before. Am wondering what to do with it from there.

I called & cancelled service as soon as I received the MoviePass card which I never activated & I am still getting charged 420/mo

My AmEx card is still being charged $20/mo for a membership I called & canceled in June. I never activated their MoviePass card.

Card not working

I have over 200 points in my account and I used my card to get 2 tickets to Little Mermaid last week. Today I went to the very same theater to see Across the SpiderVerse as where I saw Little Mermaid last week and my card never worked. The ticket kiosk kept giving me a card read error today. I attempted to call the number I saw on Google but got a recording saying that was no longer a working number. I attempted to chat on the app and never got past the bot. I ended up having to buy 3 tickets after paying Moviepass monthly not to have to pay full ticket prices. No working phone number, no person on chat...disappointing and considering quitting after I use up the points I have.

Can't use movie pass that I have credits for

You gave me 100credirs which I still cant use.Why not also have I believe172.which I still cant use I would like to know why? I cant vet an answer from any one. I have been give all a phone number that they will charge me $5.00 and I am not willing to pay movie pass ant more waste money until I get some answers from movie pass

I was charged twice movie wise

The number if credits do not match. My husband went to the movies 2x and he has 15 credits. I went 1x and have11. I think i was charged 2x fir same mivie

Was charged for subscription but did not receive the monthly credits

Hello this has never happened to me before but my payment was done on 5/25 however, Im yet to receive my 34 credits for the month. Can I please get some assistance with this issue. Thank you.

Don't have customer service support and chat does give you anything related to your personal issue. Simply horrible

Pissed

1 star is too good but there is no lower rating. The service doesn't work and there is no way to cancel. They don't respond to emails or their Twitter. You cannot talk to a human. There is no option to cancel on the app or on the automated chat. I lock my credit card to stop them from charging me. But they try to charge me several times every day. This has gone on for two months. And email them every day. This is horrible.

Last night I went to the theater.I have 68 points in my account. When I tried to purchase a ticket for an Indian movie called Dasara. 20 points were deducted from my account but it didnt go through. They said card was declined. I bought a ticket with $15. So I would like to talk to a representative about this issue.

My MoviePass card declined and was just received this week

My new card declined 6 times (swiped & manually entered) even though you have had my mine for over 3 weeks! NO ONE is available on the weekends! I have emailed now 4 times over the past 4 weeks and received the SAME response you are busy and I will get a reply asap BUT I have NOT received ANYTHING from you at all!! I feel like I will NEVER get an answer! I want an additional credit this month (making it 4 movies for April) I paid in March and got NO MOVIES for March!! I want an answer by Wednesday April 5 or I will (and my 2 adult children) will put on Facebook how MoviePass treats its customers!
