1 12pack one of the bottles the top was not on
1 bottle of Mountain Dew out of the 12 pack ,the lid was not on securely, so had to throw it out. Please send a coupon to replace.

To make a complaint about mnt dew zero
I have tried regular mnt dew zero in 12 ounce bottles,20oz bottles. Several times it taste bitter. Had a strong smell like odor to it. I have wasted a lot of money. It upsets me because I love mnt dew. And their product. I have told stores to check into it. Nothing has been done. Pls help reach out!

Trying to find the live wire in 12 packs
Was told I could only get it on Kroger. Com or instacart.com. It wasnt on either website. Wanted to know if this was just temporary of permanent. She couldnt tell me. Wanted to know why it was not in stores. She couldnt tell me. Basically the call was a waste of my time.

Never received my order
I order a pillow from the dew store in February 2023 for a friends birthday and never received it to this date in May 2023. I have only been able to get responses from them if you file that you have a problem. When they respond, it's a no reply email so you cant talk back to them and the send your packages to the wrong state anyway after saying they fixed it. They also give you a phone number and when to call but its no use calling you will be on hold the whole day and never get a response. Do not spend your money here unless youre willing to loose it. Dont bother with the customer service.

If i wanted Mountain Dew zero I would buy it but I want the regular but you made the labeling to where Its hard to tell between the regular you have to really pay attention im Thinking you are doing this to Trick us So We have to rebuy the correct drink your Making it very hard for me to want to support this brand anymore I will go to Mello Yello before i have to Rebuy this product Again same as The drink machines you Cant tell what your buying only by one faint black Line . I guess You like taking Money from poor that we do nit have to Waste on your product in Tbe first place. I wake up on Easter to get a cold drink and its this *** now my Household isnt happy And Im pissed. Now Im having to go out and buy a New product that will not be Pepsi Period

Codes on box unable to be read
The box print for the code is unable to be read. I was so happy to be able to get call of duty points and do with my favorite soda I was like oh yeah sign me up Ive done this with the bottles and the print was Pristine but this twelve pack did not look good at all in the photos I added below I showed the code and the receipt to prove it was mine and I bought it a few days ago I was waiting for myself to be don with the others and what do I see the code was not even printed right talk about turn offs
