Pictures aren’t clear I’m not near the camera

Pictures at night arent clear I just turned the feeder on Thursday so no daytime pictures yest Im not near the camera now

I bought the 2 pack. I dont know what drugs they are on for say its 33mp for the pictures but my cheap stealth cameras pictures quality is 10 tomes better.

The picture quality is crap. The 3 burst is a joke. Ive had to call every 2 days to reset my password. I wish they worked like they say they will, the idea of not having to deal with a sd card is awsome but this isnt the answer. Guess I'll try a different camera. Anyone want 2 edges. 1 has never been used yet. The other has been up 6 days.

Not even close to as advertised.

I've called, reactivated, synced etc and still not working. It keeps saying batteries are low but I tested each one and they're all good. I'm still paying money for nothing. I want it stopped and my money back. I guess I'll just eat the camera.

One of my new cameras didn't come with the correct antenna/poor customer service

Customer service representative Jordan and Sierra both will lie and argue. Scheduled to call me back after I wrote up a survey and they never called. 2 hours after I wrote another survey and got a phone call 3 minutes later. My new cameras have not been activated and will be returned to the store because I don't want to have a issue in the future and have to deal with there customer service. Buyer Beware

Could not activate my camera

The lady from customer service fixed the problem in minutes. bought camera from friend and he removed it from his plan but would not activate on mine.

Products don’t last and changing credit cards don’t work for a new device.

First camera quit taking night pictures. Second camera used a credit card after I changed which card to use then canceled the service. So the service sucks and the equipment sucks. This will probably be my last Moultrie product. I expect that if I pay money for the service to work, I guess Moultrie doesnt believe that.

I have questions about my billing I am being billed for something that I do not have. I have left numerous messages sent them emails and still not a phone call back this customer service is one of the worst and Im gonna cancel All three of my cameras.

Cant get new feeder to work

No response from Moultrie be careful. Not my 1st problem with a Moultrie product. They did not respond to earlier issues either

Replacement moultrie feeder motor computer

I recently bought 3 moultrie feeder replaement motor computer. I sent 2 of them back. There is not enough torque to started the feeder to spin properly. When it gets the signal to spin from computer I have to flick it with my finger to start the spin process. Once it gets me helping it to start it works fine desributing the corn for that one time only. This issue has hindered me deer hunting without a feeder I can't rely on. Doing a test run program is tedious also. If you don't have a written sequence of what to do with you it is difficult to test All in all this replacement computer feeder is a complete failure. I have 2 Moulrie feeders that don"t work

Edge camera has never worked correct. Customer service sucks, this is a bad camera and they know it but refuse to do anything but advise resets.

Edge Camera eats batteries, overheats. Reset it and it works for a day then loses signal. Customer service sucks, reset it is all they will do. I believed this was a good camera to buy due to Moultrie products purchased in the past. They know this is a defective camera but will not help. Never purchase from them again.

Poor customer service and camera issues

Tried for 2 years to give Moultrie and their cameras a try. Had great cell coverage, however, cameras wouldnt transfer photos. SD card was full of pictures that never transferred to my phone. Their customer service gave me the runaround for two consecutive years. So I am back to regular trail cameras. I wouldnt recommend Moultrie to anyone regarding their cameras.

SD CARD WILL NO REJECT

Had to leave message and wait for return call. Great trail camera but never had one to not to reject the SD card. Went to check it and pressed in on card to remove but it wouldnt come out!
