Purchased hoverboard from qvc 6 months ago and hoverboard will not turn on
The hoverboard turns on when being charged but when unplugged from charger it does not turn on. I feel that the board must be defective. We spent $185. six months ago. Broke throttle

The company that advertised City Coco Lowboy Scooters on Amazon. Com doesn't even carry City Coco products.
This company advertised on Amazon a City Coco Lowboy Scooter which is what I thought I was to receive from them for about 2,000 dollars, yet what they sent me was a cheap knockoff of a City Coco Lowboy Scooter instead and at first they claimed in writing was that they made no such substitution but then later they claimed the substitute was the same thing. Apparently they don't know that by making that substitution they commited a felony and don't seem to care at all and won't refund my money. Their substitution lasted six days and about 350 miles. My real City Coco scooter that I bought two years ago still works great and has nearly seven thousand miles on it and I have enjoyed it very much. I think it's likely that this fly bye night company is not economically solvent and they don't even carry City Coco products in their inventory.ii

Charger failure
My charger stays on blinking red even when not plugged into scooter for charging and will not allow for a charge.

I can't charge my Trike because of the weird tiny 3 pronged tiny plug???
The plug is tiny sized so I can't recharge my Trike (adult,) battery powered. Is there any other way to get an adapter?

They sold me a broken 52cc warrior dirtbike
I got a new 52cc warrior dirtbike for my son and it arrived broken I ordered a part and it came and it broke as soon as I put it on the machine. Its broken and I've sent video pictures and emails to the company. They reply once a day till the warranty is expired and then tell you to " take it to a mechanic!" ITS BRAND NEW!!! I should be putting all kinds of new parts on it. It's not running at all and can't even start. They don't care and won't help or honor the warranty to help. I need a new machine, they sent a broken one. This isn't fair and I'm struggling to understand how a company can treat so many customers this way. Read the reviews. The 5 starreviews are from employees and family in the company, they are all cookie cutter to fool people. Bbb has alot of complaints about this exact problem. Don't go with this company!!!

Unhappy with Mototec
I need to get a schematic for reassembling the rear tire and brake but Mototec doesnt take phone calls. What kind of business doesnt take phone calls? Ill never buy any of their products again and Ill be sure to tell everyone I meet not to buy from them.

No complaints. I was just looking for a repair shop close to home.
Bi Toys contacted me to authorize a local shop and they will reimburse the expenses.
They are good for their word. They honor their warranty.

battery is fine, lights work, horn workes, fuse is fine, will not move fordward or in reverse when throttle is turned. would like to know closest service repair center near 08260 thank you

Damaged product
My wife and I purchased an ATV through Mototec USA. Not only was a product delivered late for Christmas for a granddaughter when we opened the box to assemble it with my granddaughter It was damaged. As I pulled the product out we noticed numerous scratches on the fenders, the back wheels were bent in and rear end shifted as if it was hit, and a flat tire on the rear end as well. My granddaughter began to cry so I put the quad back in the box. I have been trying to get a hold of their customer service for days now and there is no contact way to talk to them directly. I have been giving them all information necessary of via emails but still no response from them.

Stay away from them
Purchased a lowboy scooter from mototec. The speedometer says mph but it's actually in kmh. Headlight went out in less than six months. Customer rep says it's 229 although it's 69 on site. Not satisfied with the faultiness and this bike rattles almost the whole ride. No customer service #. Stay away. They're rated 1.6 for a reason.

Headlight went out after less than 6 months. after numerous once a day emails, they tell me it's $229 for a headlight that costs $69 on the site. Amazing. This should've been warrantied.No customer service #. They would rather take weeks to solve a problem with emails at 9 and 10:00 at night. You can do better with your $$. This site isn't here for nothing.
