Not able to access app
Im more than pissed off!! Ive had this app for quite some time and the #s you give for customer service and advertising are bogus numbers! All I want is to be able to watch this app since I already pay for it! I dont want to subscribe but I am tempted at this point. Also, FYI, at this time I wouldnt refer anyone to you

Cant cancel motor trend! I called the number that yall gave me and its not in service. Its very confusing. I dont use the Internet very much. Im a senior citizen and I want to cancel my subscription for motor trend on TV.

You rarely show the back end of the car, not the rear quarter panels the actual end bumpers tail lights. You spend 6 to 10 seconds on both the engine and the interior when you do show the rear end its for one second if youre lucky and its about one in 15 cars that you show the rear end. Very disappointing thank you

Unable to see up to 75% of screen
At first, MT started using the lower 1/4 of the screen for advertisements. Now, everything but the top left 25% is a commercial or advertisement. It's really smart when the host is showing you something and it's blocked by adds.

It's almost impossible to cancel your subscription. Terrible customerservice the phone number they provided is not active. They charge me after I cancelled. I disputed it with my credit card company and they charged me again.

The only way to solve my issue is to have Mr j Hanler call me. I have tried to call Motor Trend at least 4 times. All you get is a disconnect. I have sent in mail correspondence to you, explaining the issue, and my explanations to you are completely ignored. I will be out of country from 12/10 thru 12/22. If I dont hear back from by tomorrow just cancel m you subscription. I have been subscribing to Motir trend since you started publishing your magazine. Dont sign up for Motortrend +. They have terrible customer service. I also purchased a online gift card from Motor trend shop and they wouldnt give me a refund.its been very disappointing dealing with this company
