I néed to know if moto buys is going to cover the cost of having my Blazer 200 XR serviced at one of their facilities

Blazer 200 XR has not ran right since I purchased

I bought the Blazer 200xr it has not ran right since I bought it. It has 97 miles on it. I have repeatedly contacted motorbikes only to be put through to a voicemail which nobody returns numerous emails which nobody got back to me I finally got through to a live person The guy was very rude and he put me through to another guy who was actually pleasant and sent me a carburetor however the carburetor was is not the problem The vehicle the go-kart still will not run I have again tried to contact them over and over and over via telephone via email via text to no avail I cannot get no one to help me or even tell me where I may be able to get this service at I would advise anyone not to purchase from this company as their customer service is not the best actually it's the worst of any customer service I've come across they do not return no emails no nothing once they get your money you're pretty much stuck with their junk and I say junk because that is what the blazer XR200 is junk I would like to have my money back but I can't even get nobody to answer the phone and tell me if I could have it serviced somewhere or or anything I mean I can get no response now they're very horrible customer service I would not recommend purchasing from any any of these guys ever again... I paid over $4,000 for something that we rode one day and it didn't even drive good then and it's been broke down ever since never to run again I want my money back and I think that's why they're avoiding me because they don't want to give my money back they was sure all eager to take my money but giving it back is a whole another story so buyer beware find another place with go karts this is not the place...!!!

Bought a defective moped

Bought a Trailmaster moped. Hard to start. Once I get it running it wont stay running. It shuts off at every stop. I bought it to get to work. Now I am paying for something I cant use and I have to Uber to work. Have tried for months to get a replacement or return. I want a refund. It took us a while to assemble it and I dont want to go through the hassle again just to have it not stay running again. Have left numerous emails and made countless calls but all they do is send my husband 1 email first asking when is a good time for them to call. He replys . They never call. Went to bbb nothing but endless go nowhere uploads of proof I reached out. Went to Affirm the company who financed it. They are just as bad as Motobuys. Getting no resolution. They should be out of business. Its a helpless feeling.

I actually got a hold of Ken at motorbikes he told me to do a compression test That's not the problem so he gave me the numbers of some shops to take it to to have it fixed problem is I'm a single lady on a fixed income I can't really afford to take and have this put...

I finally got through to moto buys customer service the gentleman was rude but still put me in touch with the service dept and the gentleman was very pleasant answer my questions told me he would send me out another carburetor and to empty the old gas that was in it and I should be good to go if I had any questions I could call him back so the first guy wasn't very friendly but the second guy shout out to him very good guy thank you so much

I have contacted moto buys they sent me a link via email that will not open so back to square one. I just want my money back at this point 4000. Is to much to pay for a vehicle that has never ran right...,I need some help getting this resolved

I've been trying to get a hold of motorbikes since I bought this blazer 200xrx I've had nothing but trouble out of it and it acts like it don't want to take any gas it's like it's starving for fuel or clogged up or something I have called them now my warranties ran out I got a hold of them finally today and the gentleman and I gave him the order number he said oh well you were you're guarant you're a warranty is run out I said yeah but I've been trying to get ahold of you guys before my warranty ran out he said okay well I'll get you over to my parts department and he hung up on me these people I tell you what they don't give two *** about anybody All they care about is their money their products are junk and I guess I'm going to have to take further action I am consulting with an attorney as soon as I get done here and I'm going to sue him I want my money back and I hope nobody else has to go through this this is the most horrible experience I've had with anybody I've ever dealt with their butt from this will never happen again buyers beware

This model go kart is and has been nothing but problems has never ran the way it should have and now no one will answer my voice mails or email... Buyers BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Had to cancel purchase

I purchased a scooter, after the purchase I received an email saying they have been receiving thousands of dollars in scams and asked for a copy of my ID and credit card sent to them. I, as I would assume, most people would not just send a copy of either to anyone or company. I had to cancel the purchase. On an upside they did not charge my card.

Service in delivery of purchased product.

I purchased a gas scooter on 5-11-20. After 72 hrs, I then started calling in tracking my order. Come to find out by speaking to sales agent, that orders in general were backed up,and that my order wasn't going to be shipped by next week sometime.well, next week is here! I hope I don't have to call and cancel my order if this delay continues to next week.i believe I can get faster service with another company that I've spoken with. They assured me within 3-4days. But who really knows?

Order#14913 order date 9-5-18

I purchased the fully assembled ready to ride option and did not receive it when I received the ATV it was in a crate and needed to be assembled that included charging a battery that was the wrong battery did not work for that motor was too small had to buy another one that was the correct battery for that size motor also paid for Rush 3 to 5 day delivery did not receive that it came on normal delivery so I feel like I should be refunded for the at least the two options that I paid for and didn't receive

Horrible customer service, hung up on, profanity on return l

August 28th 2018 I recieved the wrong product I ordered with wrong reciept.. I called the company and spoke with Sam Haul and he was very rude to me on the phone, hung up on me, screened my calls when I tried to call back and when I finally got a hold of somebody it was Gary Kovner/ supervisor/owner.. He was defending his employee and saying I was the one being rude with no compassion and very cold and matter a fact.. He got Sam to send the email and when I received it, it had profanity before my last name and return address.. Still waiting for a return lable with no profanity..:(

CON ARTIST!!!

I had switched my order I had placed with motobuys on 3/30/18 and later that day attempted to cancel my order and asked for my refund on a dune buggy. I was told earlier by one employee that the dune buggy would of took 7 days to assemble before delivery and no problem to cancel. Later that day I received a call by Bill that they claimed that it already shipped and if I wanted to stop it it would cost me 550 for all shipping cost and restocking fee. Well I looked up my order status on their site and it said canceled. I even have a snapshot i took that displays it. I emailed them about the status and told them again that i wanted my tracking number if it supposedly shipped on 3/30/18 or they are required to give my money back in full based on my loan agreement. They emailed me back only stating it was not canceled. They didn't give me a tracking number again. I looked up order status again and it shows "order being processed" not shipped. So I feel I am being scammed out of 550 n he is going to ship it even though my request not too. I do not believe it had shipped and my loan clearly states if cancelled before shipped I get full refund... I requested cancellation on 3/30/18.. and its 3/31/18 with order status "is being processed" took a snapshot of That too. Now they blocked my number without warning and no tracking number and Bill said that they are canceling order with truckline n am going to try to make me pay for something that was never shipped!! I have the BBB investigating this crooked company. Never call back and is extremely rude customer service. NEVER BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!
