Condition of rooms
Visited Motel 6 in Columbus Ga. Traveling from Tampa FL. When I got the room I noticed a roach here and there. Called the office to make them aware. Nothing was done. There were condoms laying everywhere. The back of the motel a lot of youngsters were hanging out that's very uncomfortable. After barely getting any rest do to noice, I asked for a refund or a free night in another room. I was informed they didn't do that. This Motel 6 is a complete embarrassment.

I would like to share my experience . My kids got bit up by bed bugs and this place needs to be cleaned if the health department seen these beds they will close this place down

Last night at motel 6 on landmark drive myself and husband was beat on his was kicked and stomped in the breeze way the office was well aware what was happening who could of not been when 2o, ,25 black gentleman and ladies were gathered in the breezeway where my room was located 137 then I was told I had to leave because it may cause more instesd of firing or doing anything for there so called secuirty who was no where to be found when this was going on that whole hotel is nothing but blacj people which is not a issue but they r young and have took it over before that iccedent another woman was being arrested there's cameras and footage in office and cameras running it was 45 min before any one came to help I am requesting u ask them for the footage and look for your self I had payed a week there and was left to walk on foot injured

Unpleasant experience
On the afternoon of July 5th, we were on a trip and booked a hotel in espanola New Mexico over Priceline .The owner of this hotel Aksed us to cancel the reservation online than book with him because he can increase the money according to the number of peoples. We refused and he was very angry and gave us bad attitude and told us get off of his property and lie to the platform that our credit card was declined. What a unpleasant experience of this trip .

Disappointed and Embarrassed
I bought a package with the motel 6 and two days pass to take my daughter and wife to Holiday world. The hotel and rooms looked very nice on line. Which is what made my decision. After driving over 2 1/2 hours, we arrived. The lobby is dirty, the walls are dirty and the elevator scared everyone. Floor 2, ice machine broke, floors and walls are filthy and thats just the hallway. Room is disgusting. Mold in fridge, room smells like mildew, sheets and pillows Im afraid to use, and there policy is no refunds? My family deserves better. Please help.

I will let the pictures speak for themselves! We got a room and it was the dirtiest hotel I've ever been in and tracked of smoke (in non-smoking room)so we transferred to another room-not any better. My kids had a hard time sleeping there and were paranoid to contract something like bedbugs (which I did not see-I checked for them). The only positive thing I can say about this motel 6 was the pool was surprisingly clean and families including mine enjoyed themselves. And the front desk clerk was friendly. Everything in the hotel was filthy from the walls (blood/burgers on wall?) to floor to microwave to fridge to bathroom dirty with no toilet paper, dirty windows, garbage under both beds, no filters in ac, dirty phone, dirty floors, hanging broken curtain, beds weren't fully made. That covers the whole room. You gotta check out these pictures. Now Ive stayed at Motel 6s that were nothing like this. So don't judge them all but this particular location the maids should def be fired! Oh and the staircase that children were walking up was broken with huge gaps they could fall through causing t to be a hazard violation.

The motel room was filthy. Floors hadnt been mopped in who knows how long. There were blood spots all over the walls. Cigarette burns in the comforter. Ive never been to prison but Im sure their cells are more homely than the room I rented here. So not worth the money I paid

So today I asked your GM Amber about a male situation and she was like you know people didn't get mail at motel 6 so I have to go to the Post office and figure out some stuff however when I made it back to the place I called Amber and was like can you send me some help over here so I can go and get done with my room so I can go find my packages in the mail she stated back oh this is a business body is by that so I'm like okay well I'm asking for help because I already gave my house up to come work for her and help her this is my third hotel coming to help her because she's scary okay well she replied you don't have to work here stuff like that I was like well find time to tell me that when you had me quit my other job to come and work for you long story short I was like if I need to be here you don't want me here you can find me so she end up terminating me I feel like that's wrongful termination because I asked for help to finish my rooms so I can go find my packages so they wouldn't be lost in the mail they already shorted me on my first check didn't put all my hours on there then again clock me out for two days in a row when I was still at the job doing the job y'all need to put that lady on the investigation before somebody hurt her I'm not the only person that she's done this too they sit there and want people to work work but they don't want to pay then when I asked for help I can't get no help the lady that's under her which is Amanda they call a bubbles I text her too and was like can somebody come and help me that way I can have a chance enough to go and find my order

Upsetting stay unsanitary refund!
motel 6 San Marcos, Texas .. I checked in the room room was full of blackflies.. floor was wet at entry. The whole room was smelled like urine ., I went up to the office informed her about the room sanitation nothing was done about it. She didnt offer me another room she.. she gives me a mop to go mop it myself.. it was late in the morning just getting off of work.. she said she would take care of it in the morning with the manager as a refund so basically, I slept like three hours and I left unprofessional and this is not acceptable.. spoke with them in the office prior to my departure. The three that work in the office pretty much took each other side and said that room was not in the manner that I said it was I have photos I would really like my refund and someone can investigate this matter.. thank you so much. I hope this detailed message gets to the person that it needs to be to resolve this problem. Underneath the photo the AC theres three containers and most definitely it was urine.. they deny it, but I have the photos also Maggot on floor ..Thank you Roman Ortiz.

Hello, i rented 2 rooms from you between the days of May 9th through May 15th from your location at 4200 W I 40 service road, oklahoma city, oklahoma. The rooms were under my husband Mitchel Hathaway and my son Ethan Hathaway. I emailed customer service last week and asked for receipts from our stay because the charges didnt add up. They still havent refunded me for 2 deposits even though they said i would be for $200 no counting taxes and they charged me 3 no show fee two for $64.75 for May 12th and one for $57.90 for May 10th when we had already paid for the room and were there. I feel as though they scammed me out of over $350. I also wanted to complain about the fact that on the 12th they tried kicking us out because we had pets but on the bill it clearly states 2 pets and we made sure they knew about them. The hotel is a mess to be honest. The first floor is full of drug dealers, *** and pimps and the people running it seem to cater to them. One night we were woken up by 5 cop cars in the parking lot searching for one of the men who stayed on the first floor, it was scary. The man who runs the hotel walks around with a gun in full display for everyone to see. Ive stayed in hotels in the worst parts of the country and still have never seen anything like this. I would appreciate if you or someone could look into the extra charges and deposits they promised to refund. The only reason we stayed there so ling is because we moced 2000 miles to Oklahoma and the house we were moving into was full of mold and my daughter has bad allergies and eczema so we couldnt move in and that hotel was the only one with vacant rooms at the time. But when they tried kicking us out (i think it had something to do with the prostitution to be honest) and moved us to other rooms the rooms were so disgusting and smelled like something had died in it we had to leave and go elsewhere. Ive always enjoyed your hotels but this stay was not how it should have been. Thank you glfor your time

The room is disgusting it looks like someone vomited in the bathtub or had diarrhea. there's ashes behind the bathroom door there's stuff all over the floor. It smells like cigarettes in here. My daughter and I have asthma. I had to burn a candle and Brett with my body spray to at least even breathe in there.

Horrible motel
whom it may concern, Ive been traveling around the country for the past 25 years as a hotel restoration contractor. Ive seen and stayed at some bad motels but this is hands down the most disgusting. I found toe nail clippings in the sink, bottom of bathtub looked like something died there, pubic hairs in the bath towels, hair balls in the bed, blood stains in the sheets, heater spit out dust everywhere. There was no toilet paper in the room. No shampoo. Room smelled like weed. The list goes on. $120 was ridiculous fir this room. Just horrible. Since the hotel was sold out I couldnt change rooms. Gross Negligence and Reckless
After 7 phone calls, I finally got that horrible manager Suzie. She never apologized, I wanted a full Refund!!! Which I was then told I cant get all my money back!!?? I finally decided to get my attorneys to sue Motel 6 and go after the manager at the property were I , and not the only one bitten up by bed bugs and spider bites. Again it goes back to the reckless and neglect, house keepers need to go to a real training video, and they claim they speak no English??? Anyway they will be served and will pay for medical bills and pain and suffering.
