Waiting on a response from my emails

Trying to phone the customer service but they have a waiting time of 1hour 17 minutes or try sending an email which I have 4 times and no response to it only stating that they will contact me within 5-7 days and now thats 14 days ago Whats wrong with your customer service Await your reply

Point not put on card

Spent 65 pound in Morrisons used my voucher what you had to spend 55 pound to get4500 points but points never went on

Dear Sir/Madam,On Friday the 21st July I went in to Morrisons in Little Clacton, Essex. This was to square up my Paper Bill. I have always paid a week in advance, so depending on the day I went in, my balance varied. At the time I was £6- 41p in credit. I knew that a new company was taking over the store ( Costcutters ). I asked for the credit to be refunded, but was told that it was down to me to contact Morrisons to get the refund. What did happen though was, because the new owners were taking over on the 25th July, I could use the credit to pay for Sunday 23rd & Mon 24ths papers. This left me with £2-41p credit. Costcutter would not help me, nor the News Team who were taking over paper deliveries. I have a receipt here from Store 1132, The Street Little Clacton, CO169LD, with my balance and payment.I know it is not a fortune, but it is the principle. My ACC No. was 11320****. Hope you can help me out please, Kenneth Lewis.

To get a newcard

Cannot make contact to request a physical card 5 times on phone for 1 hour have app but other people do shopping as i am disabled also today 24/7/23 my app was scanned in store no points added come on sort yourselves out.

Good Morning Sir \ Madam, I wish someone within your company, would have the common decency to reply back to the above enquiries x3. Which is in relation to a recent online groceries shop (158699****858), which I placed with you. Which is also a complaint. No one has been back in contact with me, which is extremely poor Customer Care \ Service. I have tried emailing both your CEO and Chairman about it, and no one again has got back in contact with me either. I have also contacted my local Trading Standards Department \ Section also. I also think, due to the inconvenience that has been caused by this matter. That I am entitled to some form of gesture of goodwill as well? Regards. J. Davies

Resolved: Morrisons have stolen my shopping.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. After hours on the phone, I finally received a refund, I got an automated refund message via email with no apology..... Very bad customer service!!!.

Hello, I made my regular weekly shop order for our office on Monday 19/06/23. This order was due to be delivered between 09.00 and 10:00 by a driver called Aslan. Our office is currently occupied by between 10 - 12 members of staff, we have full windows at the front, making it impossible not to see a delivery van turning up. This delivery did not arrive. When I called the next day, I was told that it needed to be investigated before I got a refund. I was very busy in the office, but I found time to re-order a delivery to arrive the next day. A week went by and, sadly, no correspondence at all regarding information or a refund for my missed delivery. I then spent another hour calling customer services, only to be told that Aslan was away on holiday and they would find out more after asking him. I was assured that I would be contacted the next day. It is now 20/07/23 and I have had no response. I have tried calling customer services but the automated response states that there is a 28 min wait time to speak to someone. I would prefer not to waste my time anymore. I am disgusted with the lack of customer service that I have received and would appreciate a prompt response.

Morrisons Local in Thame

Morrisons moved into nasty McCalls shop, which was narrow but deep, PO at the very end, long queues, usually one clerk, in the poorly stocked depressing shop, buckets out, catching water, ceiling collapsing, lights out, often closed, dilitory staff, an unpleasant experience, only used for Post Office. Closed for days so no PO in the town, opened as Morrisons, shop no better !! not refitted, and so hot !!! no aircon, sweltering and smelly, queue for PO long and could not wait, slush machine near front door was overflowing, what a mess, a franchised store, flyer said open till 10pm, online says 6.30pm, not teething problems, Morrisons problems, used to be a good store, big shame.

I purchased your mayonnaise in the squeeze bottle and found it quite runny from last time I purchased this ,gas the product process been changed?it was the full fat but seems more like low fat

How do i link my More Card with my Family and Friends Discount Club card

Everyone tells me I can link these two cards online but I cannot find a way. I have also just received a new More Card as when trying to log in my old More Card was coming up as invalid. My NEW More Card is also coming up as invalid, even though I have checked the number on back many times.

Late order and cold. Mossisons items missing again no substitute offer useless lot of money for nothing

Deliveroo and Morrissonsons Ring and get fobbed off you get bad treatment and pay top money paying money for uninterested companies total disgrace

Delivery not arrived

Placed an order online said it would be delivered the next day between 8.30pm 9.30pm got a text say there was a delay and it would come the next day. Waited then said the couldn't deliver because they word down on a delivery van and to cancel and reorder. I was not able to cancel my order online and could not get though to customer service as waiting time was always at least 30 minutes

I have been useing the Basingstoke Road branch for many years and this morning (Thurs the 29th) the manager (Mark) told me I was banned and escorted me out of shop. The security person (She) had told the manager things they would not tell me. This particular person for some reason every time I visit the shop when 'she' is working 'she' finds a reason to have words with me. I always enter shop get a news paper and go in cafe to see friends before doing any shopping and evidently this in her view is wrong. 'She' says nothing to others who go in cafe with same or other things and this has been going on now for many; many months. 'She' also told me that I was stealing, I only wish I could have recorded what 'she' said. I was very humilated and embarrissed, also very angry at the attitued of the manager. I spend in excess of £100 pound per week in shop, and I would like to know what was said. I am an 82yr old, law abiding person.

I have been in Morrisons cafe for twenty years got drink in cafe and last week took a bun out of my bag which I bought from Morrisons and was told I could not eat it in there I asked to see manager and out came a lady that looked like a peocock with purple and white and colour dress on told her about not being able to eat bun she me that I could not eat it I told her I was going to put it on internet and she said go a head another lady came to se what was happing and she said she use to be manger of cafe and has long has you bought drink and cleared up mess she let it go there is a small notice with the manager told me about which says you can only food from cafe there which I have never since before so no more having drink in cafe after 20 years there. Also have been having bacon already done each cost £2.60 when up to £2.99 then come down again looked at my receipt and still paid £2.99 so someone should look at pricking sorry to have to write this

Due to very poor packing, wine bottles smashed and red wine poured all over my cream hallway tiles. The flimsy bag had been packed with 3 bottles of wine plus other items, making it heavy and the bag had already split when the driver carried it from the van. Through no fault of the driver, the bottles dropped onto the floor. I was reimbursed for the wine, but our floor was ruined and weve had to buy grout cleaner to remove the stains. Contacted customer services twice and no one has come back to me.
