Order arrived in damaged box.

BSince these are security cameras there is a high probability of damage to the product. I paid a large fee for delivery and I expected it to arrive in excellent condition.

Dissatisfied with my order & shipping cost!

I have not heard back from them! Still waiting after two emails, the one from your company was third then two phone calls to customer service. We tried to send it back using UPS but it was too expensive! They keep sending me more deals without contacting me about the suitcases. Very frustrating! Teri Rosenberg

Need to return an order Not what I thought

The led light bulbs I bought need to pay for the light bulbs to work was never mentioned on commercial I feel uncomfortable with the product do not want them any more

Very unhappy with size and weight of luggage ordered. Return cost is half of total cost paid-$158.85.

I ordered two hard luggage Kathy Ireland Travel Luggage from MorningSave.com. Got it in 10 days. Return policy emailed only, said if I pay shipping ($71.00 UPS) they will take it back. It is in original box and sealed. I want a return label from them! TeriRN6835@***.com

Charged for additional stick vacuum & I meant to order 1 & thought I did.

Ordered 1 stick vacuum& charged for 2. Perhaps I clicked on additional item because I did want to get a second item being the shoes.

Order never shipped

The first time I ordered on MorningSave, I ordered a bracelet, the titan energy bracelet. They took money out of my account (Bank account)has never shipped no order number to track. It doesnt even say I ordered no picture my bank took out 13.99 with tax 14.77

Cheap quality diamond bracelet

I have shopped morning safe for at least 5 years I've loved everything I ever bought I've sent all my friends including doctors to your website but when I got this diamond bracelet I was really disappointed it doesn't feel it all like the one I bought at K jewelers for the same price $500 599 but I got yours for $99 but it looks like a $99 bracelet I need to return it please I tried to contact them they will not give me any way to return this product and get a refund so I don't know if I need to call fraud department or what to do

Terrible I can’t believe your customer service I can’t get a hold of anyone & tried you chat over & over but get no answer that is helpful! I placed an order that I wanted to cancel & reorder.

I placed an order& immediately wanted to cancel & reorder item to add the 1st time purchase code. I tried & tried to log in but couldnt so I tried your chat service several times & received nothing to help me. I told them over & over I cant log in. Wanted me to pay for help which is just Wrong ! I have a damaged delivery I can’t get anyone to do anything about. It’s damaged beyond fixing

My Lifepro Bioremedy Infrared Sauna Wrap was soaked, box fell apart and no one will answer me or help to replace this. I am on Medicare only and this isnt cheap!
