TRASHY CARDS

At first I thought, wow! This place sure have an amazing selections of cards at such a low price, so I ordered some samples just to be sure and was very impressed by them! Cheap AND good quality cards? This must be magic! But it all turned out to be a DIRTY TRICK. This place is absolutely terrible both in terms of service and quality. My cards were printed wrong because of their confusing instructions and they call it MY MISTAKE even though I made the instructions of what needs to be done pretty obvious on my notes, they clearly did not check my notes. To top it off, they "generously" offer to reprint for "half the price" when it is actually 80% of the price I've already paid for! They sure have a way of twisting the situation. I asked for a refund but they refused to do so and continuously state that this is my mistake.. *clap clap clap..* To be honest I let it go because the quality of the cards were TRASH ANYWAYS. They looked CHEAP, THIN AND TERRIBLY TRIMED! Nothing like the samples I saw, so why would I want to make the same MISTAKE AGAIN?

Such a Pain ALREADY

Already a week has passed and not even printing yet. Certain aspects about businesses like this drive me crazy. All together, my company spent over $260 for business cards with nothing to show yet, except for dissatisfaction. Haven't even gotten out of pending yet. Won't ever order from them again and very close to cancelling the entire order. Jut got off the phone with customer service and was told I won't hear back for hours because everything is done overseas...it's like the 1800's sending a letter by mail...They have terrible customer service so far, and like I said, I haven't even gotten my product yet.

Clear "plastic" card TERRIBLE

BS BS BS, I sent my design to them over and over again but once i got this card it was terrible. The plastic was so thin, the writing so small and so was my image. I am very upset, called over and over and wrote e-mails but no response. Obviously this place is BS. I was about to order 200 cards each per employee if this turned out good but they lost us and my business. Lastly they don't have a printer or anything there, when my product was shipped it was from SEOUL KOREA, meaning they take your designs and send it to t a third party to be made. so disappointing.

WORST "BUSINESS CARDS" EVER!

DO NOT ORDER THEIR "CLEAR BUSINESS CARDS"! The clear business "cards" that my company received weren't "cards" at all, they were so thin, that they could only be described as a thin, flimsy, film. I have been trying for two days to call and email customer service to correct my order with thicker cards or refund my money, and have yet to be contacted back by anybody. Very unprofessional, we will take our business elsewhere and definitely will not recommend this company to any of our many other fellow business owners.

I basically got robbed

Bought premium paper, heavy silky matte business cards. Being in marketing, I've been working with the printing industry for a while and I was appalled by the looks of the business cards I received. First, the paper was certainly not premium paper, as it was uncoated, defiitely not silky. The printing job was sloppy with no definition and blury letters even though I used InDesign software to create the file. It said I was ordering for 16pt thick paper, but it was wayyyyyy thinner than that. I have my other cards to compare with and boy is that NOT 16 pt. Buyers beware, this is a scam! No answer from Customer Service, had to go through Paypal. For their benefit, shipping fee was fair and arrived in a timely manner.

The WORST

This is a total rip off. I received "plastic" business cards that were not at all as advertised. They were as thin as a grade-school transparency, and the ink was cheap. DO NOT order from them. It will take forever to receive anything you order because everything is made in Korea and shipped here, and they do not care that the quality of their product stinks. They would not issue a refund, despite their printer making my gold logo green, and the inability to read my cards. They are an embarrassment. After all the back and forth, they offered me 15% off of my NEXT order…. SMH!

3 strikes and your out!!!!!

We ordered from Morningprint.com 3x the first order we paid about 40.00 was not happy with look, 2nd time texture of the card was to thin, 3rd time font was to small on our name.....we contacted them almost 400.00 later and they wanted to offer us 15% off another order...No Way would I ever order from them again 3 strikes and your out of here. When you create the business the proof does not look the same, although they state to proof the card before ordering to make sure it is exactly what you want!!!! BS that is what we did and all time the cards were awful. I grant you they have everything covered so you can't get your money back or a reprint for customer satisfaction but....they add every exclusion you can think of so they dont have to reprint or refund.

Perfect Experience!

I've been ordering from Morning Print for years now and every time my experience is fantastic! I absolutely love the quality of their clear plastic cards. I designed cards for my business and get constant compliments on the look and feel. If you precisely follow the directions on creating the clear cards then you will have no issues. My first set I ordered had zero problems. And they ship them with blistering speed! I don't know how they get them out so quickly. And the cards come in a wonderful plastic container that looks great when handing them out at events. I have nothing but praise for this company. I will most certainly continue to order from them!

Full of Excuses

After placing an order for 100 cards and paying $70- when I received the cards and they did NOT look like what I sent them to print I wrote to them asking for a refund. They responded with a list of excuses as to why my card is different then what I sent and did not agree to refund anything. I pasted their list of excuses so everyone can AVOID THIS COMPANY in the future and learn from my experience. · Off center cuts due to 1-2mm margin of error (due to characteristics of the stock, pressure placed on product when being cut, as well as outside factors that may affect the printing process such as weather, humidity etc.) · Slight color shifts: · We do no guarantee 100% color match but match as closely as possible within CMYK industry standards · Card color may shift from design displayed on computer monitors (we cannot compensate for RGB values you may be viewing through your screen) · Color results may differ from stock to stock as some stocks absorb ink more than others due to thickness, coating, texture etc. · Color results may differ on stocks that are colored, or stocks that are transparent · Color results can shift using the same design when the design is printed at different times as weather and other external factors can affect the outcome · Colors printed on the front and back of the card may have a shift even if the same value is used as they are run at separate times · Raised Ink / Spot UV may shift the color of the printed area

Morning Print Will Leave You in Mourning

I accidentally submitted two front sides of my card. That was totally my error. Morning Print noticed this mistake and emailed me the following: "As the files you have submitted had the foiling area covering the mentioned line, may we know if that is how your design is supposed to be? Please let me know if you would like to just proceed with these files that you have submitted." I quickly responded with a firm "no" and an apology for my mistake. I attached the correct back file to the email and waited for their response. 48hrs later, they responded, saying that they already printed the cards, and if I wanted them printed with the correct back, I would have to pay another 50% of the printing cost. Considering I was already spending $200, and that this was not my first time ordering cards from MP, I found that quite absurd. They asked me if the files were correct and I responded accordingly. Not sure why they still went ahead with printing. "Erica" then asked me if I wanted them to ship the messed up cards. I again said no. I wanted a refund. Since they reached out to me regarding the error, delayed the printing -- which also made it so I wouldn't get the cards by the time I needed them -- and still ended up printing the cards, the larger error was squarely their fault. From that moment on, customer service ignored my emails. They held the cards for a week. Then, after I followed up regarding the whereabouts of my refund, they decided that instead of responding, they would ship the messed up cards to me. Obviously, due to their unprofessional handling of this situation, and essentially extortion, I will never do business with Morning Print again. I highly recommend you also take your business elsewhere.

Completely unprofessional

Are ya'll serious? you call yourself professionals? The cards you sent me have the wrong phone number even when my design was correct. And you wont refund me or reprint!!! 10% off my next order is all you offer me? why in the *** want me to spend more money for another order and just lose my money again! this was all do to mistakes on there part and openly admitted that in there email to me but refused to refund or reprint my order. In my company when we make a mistake we take full responsibility Morning Print does not DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR YOUR BUSINESS ON THIS *** COMPANY. some of us work hard for our money but these *** just *** up and rip people off. hope this helps anyone looking to have anything printed right...go somewhere else!

Poor customer service

A couple of weeks ago I ordered two sets of business cards from Morning Print totaling approximately $200. The first set of cards were perfect. I love them and I get daily compliments when handing them out. They're the plastic business cards. The second set of cards (plastic as well) were printed horribly. There's fine white streaks going up and down every card. And not only that, the name of my firm is misspelled. The name of the company is "Kim Tindall & Associates." They have it spelled "Kim Tindall &nd Associates." I checked the print preview on their website before submitting my order. This was definitely a glitch on their end. I contacted customer service about the error and the refused to correct my order even though I spent almost $100 on this set of business cards & even though it clearly was a mistake on their end. This company has the potential to do great work and they have very quick shipping and turnaround times, but I will never again order from them because of the POOR customer service. So if you plan to order from them, do so at your own risk because they offer no refunds or returns. It's hit and miss. This was my second time ordering business cards from this company. My first experience was great. That's why I ordered a second time. But the second time was my final time. Hopefully I can find a better printing company next go around.

Poor quality dark and dull color printing of cards--cheap product

As far as the quality of work goes, it's horrible. On their website, burried deep, they have all sorts of explanations as why they won't be able to get your order correct. But, the end result is that despite reviewing their descriptions carefully, I ended up with a pack of cards embarrassingly too thin and cheap looking. The colors are so faded that it looks like a completely different card than I ordered. They print it in South Korea and that creates another hurdle to get issues resolved with CS in Irvine, CA. I don't even know who owns or runs the company. But, it's not up to par to USA quality in product or commitment to customer satisfaction. It's sad but true.

MorningPrint is not using accurate base CMYK inks...

This is an edit of a photo taken by MorningPrint, previously one of my favorite printers, of 85% Cyan as shown in a Pantone process book (”85” color chip) and that of a recent print job (the middle color). They feel that this is a reasonable color shift because they are a gang run printer. I disagree. The base CMYK inks are sacrosanct, we can’t even attempt to calibrate if they can’t get any closer than this. I have two print jobs that have to be redone because this discrepancy has made them illegible (both with the same Cyan shade).

Horrible quality if at all, poor cutomer service.

I ordered pack of 1000 plastic business cards and paid 106.57 $ from Morning Print. Whatever I received from them was nothing close to what I designed and ordered. Contacted customer service and they showed their reluctance to work with me. Actually they couldn't care less and didn't show any kind of work ethics. I received an e-mail from Tracey Lee from Customer Service with 5$ discount from my next purchase. I noted to them that I worked with many printing labs around the world and my equipment is calibrated with everyone of them and they produce beautiful prints and take honor to satisfy their customers, but they didn't give a ***. Short answer was, NO REFUND, NO REPRINT, GET OVER IT. I am attaching the actual photo which compares side by side what I designed and what I got.
