Overcharged with obsessive fees

This is an honest review. To many obsessive charges and fees. If you DO decide to move, make sure you take videos because they will try to charge you so many fees depending on circumstances when the apartment was already poor. The unit i was in was not updated at all. Just make sure you do your due diligence. Its too many fees. Its tooo many fees with them and i wished i listened to others. Fees on top of fees. Second, they also will ignore countless noise complaints, but expect you to STILL live in those conditions and they will tell you what you want to hear and tell you things are being resolved when you literally had to deal with the same issues for months until you left. How did anything get resolved. This place is ridiculous and quite frankly one of the worse places i ever lived. When i moved in 2022, they was charging me for renters insurance when i already had renters insurance through another company. All i got was a SORRY. Its like they was super quick to give you a fee without properly making sure everything was ok. Please do your research as I wish i did before i moved in. Everything is public. Believe and listen to each review carefully

I have lived at Lakeshore Dr Apartments for almost a year and a half they have been nothing but disrespectful dishonest and rude. my latest issue came when they had the heat set to come on building wide. anytime the temperature outside was 80 or below. yes, that's right 80 degrees outside and they heated our apartments until it was unborable, they think that I should pay for an apartment that they made uninhabitable! They think that I should pay for that month and a half that they ignored 8 work requests to fix it. Sorry I'm not

MICE Infestation there everywhere in and out my stove dead underneath my sink cabinet

I currently have a mice infestation me and my neighbor. She said she has been here a year and a half and has had no rodent issue all of sudden a resident moved out across from us and we started having mice Ive lived here a solid month as of 7/19/2023 and on the second week of me living here I see mice. Pest control is supposed to come tomorrow.I have paid out of pocket to have pest control from another company outside the complex to help seal holes and put down traps because I had to wait a whole week for some service. Im currently paying $1510 to live with mice and have no help and extremely pissed and upset.

I never called lisa.a curse word!!!! I went there to discuss my dryer is not in working condition. I disagreed with what there explanation was. It was then they accused me of being intoxicated like l

I was having tooth surgery the next day so l was using lavorous mouth wash antiseptic which contains alcohol. I have a right to discuss my matters without always being the bad guy!!. I keep to myself. I'm retired l have mental illness 2 service pets and l have my documents. All l want is to live in peace. and I'd take a lie detector test about using curse words or yelling!!!.

Issues not resolved with landlord office

Yes my problem is that the maintenance guy put rat poison on top of my refrigerator all on bathroom floor and on the hallway floor where it can be seen and I was told by the property manager Heather Biesel that the service manager Raheem told Todd Phillips the maintenance guy to put rat poison on top of my refrigerator, exterminators don't even rat poison on top of people refrigerators, I feel like I'm being harassed every since I moved around here , it's been *** problem after problem that's my main food source , U just don't put rat poison on top of my refrigerator that's unacceptable

Still waitin ?

I'm was very pleased with the quick response from morgan properties and the rep who called me was very understanding of what i needed however im still waiting to get my apt an just a little frustrated with why it takes so long and why i only get contact from the leasing office at the end of the day then i have no way to communicate until the next day its like they save me for last an i need answers right away im homeless in va stayin wit friends an i have a housing voucher an have been having the hardest time getting in the apt they told me was available that i got approved for i am willing to put down deposit right now just anything to secure my place i have a time schedule with housing an i need apt before end of july

Maintanince wont fix issues, office wont take care of issues and outside lawn/shrub maintenance tkey don't seem to care about. Im actually breaking my lease because of all the issues not being resol

Grass, neighbor, dishwasher, dryer, and upstairs unruley neighbors. They wont fix anything. A/c is too small for unit and thats according to the maint supervisor

Parkside Apartments at Castleton,Indianapolis,IN

There is never anyone you contact at officetheyre always out. We havent been able to use our pool yetthere is always an excuseIve lived here for 3+. Years and not one summer has the pool been opened as expected. Maintenance is very poor..they let one individual go and put one that is totally incompetentmy lease is up in fall and I regret having to move but the management just isnt doing anything to help the tenants. Corporate phone number

I have climbed the ladder and every employee has refused to give me the phone number to corporate. My a/c has never worked, our laundry machines have been broken for over a year. Black fuzz was coming out of my vents for also a year before they fixed it and now alllĺll my walls are covered in black soot that I'm still coughing up. Vulchers in the dumpster. The only complaint ever fixed was supposedly to refill the *** bag dispensers. I bought my own. I thought this was a pet friendly community. The dog park is NOT maintained period. Not worth it if you're like me and that's why you moved here. Rude staff-except for Chad. Kevin, his manager and her manager have all refused to address these issues. Provide a sanitary environment. Vulchers are not safe and could hurt my dog. Which I will not have. The needles and trash (food) my dogs are constantly finding chicken bones, rotten oranges. When people get evicted they will throw things at you walking out to your car. I've had 2 break-in, someone tried to break into my truck with a screw driver, now I have to replace the door. I filed a police report. The only thing that saved me from the break in - 3 men while was alone. I had just ordered door dash so someone from the community knew my door would be unlocked for a period and they finally got in that night but my dog scared them off. I caught them reaching for one of my laptops. The willows does not care about their tenants they're about getting as much money as possible, evicting you (I barely have neighbors anymore). I see families sitting outside with no where to go abandoning all their possessions which get rooted through and it takes about a week for the place to even address cleaning it up. The place constantly looks disgusting. But you get finer 100$ month if your balcony doesn't have outdoor furniture. I turned a old dresser into a plant potter I had to dismantle and throw away bc I guess you can't be creative here. But people have dog litter boxes on their balcony so they don't have to walk their dog. Guess where it gets thrown when it dirty... over the balcony. I'm the only person I've ever seen here actually walk and clean up after their dog. The Laundry is a huge issue and we pay as much for a 3 bedroom apartment for only a 1 bedroom unit without laundry or dishwasher. If I'm going to be paying so much more than other tenants I think I could have atleast been placed in a unit with new appliances, it's own w/d and dishwasher. But no... my carpet isn't even nailed down. It's just sitting there. Huge crack in the foundation above my kitchen that starting to show through the paint. I want the phone number to an actual person in corporate.

Rental problem

They keep accusing me of not paying my rent. I have profit of my payments every month. At this is consistent every month. Always as I said I paid my rent. I get this we are sorry we will fix the problem. Yet to do so.

DO NOT MOVE IN

ZERO STARS!! I have lived in this community less than 30 days. They're owned by Morgan Properties, I had no issues living at The Glenn's at Diamond Ridge! Chartleytowne is horrible from viewing homes, to signing lease, to moving in. The property is due for a market evaluation. I pay a considerable amount of rent for NOTHING. My kitchen is smaller than a bathroom! No dishwasher, no microwave, no update appliances! My countertop has knife marks all throughout it ! My home has this sick foul odor, the property manager comes in to inspect and says she doesn't smell anything! You call office during office hours no answer! You leave voicemails, no response ! You begin to email to track all encounters, they have issues with that! It's 2023, I have no peephole. I ask the property manager she declines it, I then question why then she informs me I can submit an accommodation form. To view the home they ask that you make appointment latest appointment offered is 5pm. I request a in home inspection with Property manager she tells me the latest she's available is 3 completely not accommodating. What work schedule allows anyone to be home 7a-3p, 8a-4p, 9a-5p, like are you serious? They charge an Internet amenity fee , I didn't know about the fee until I contacted Xfinity b to transfer my service and it's no small fee it's $65! Then let's talk about I was charge and did not have access to internent until the following month after the first month bill was paid ! So what did I pay for, when asked to waive the fee she refused! I hate this community, despise the staff! And I don't care to hate anything, as hate is very very strong . But this is how I honestly feel ! They offer amenities on their website and that's about it ! They do not have ! Its all lies , all a smoke screen , they're scammers ! DO NOT MOVE HERE ! DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!

Because they have the review and the issues are not favorable

Basically it is about the rent. Adding more false figures on the King's Manor website and false late charges when the rent is paid on time; being sued for late rent and late charges; which is untrue. Last year of 2022 she started adding false charges. Now this year she lied, and she decided to charge late charges, and we are not late our rent is paid and on time, and God is our judge.

Property/Community not maintained. Bottomline is this company's only goal. Thier F on BBB is warranted!

Bad living conditions

I live on Lighthouse at win lakes in Beltsville. My apt has flooded three times in one week last time with *** and urine. I have asked To be transfer to the mgr Keri Yeates who agreed to the move now is saying. I have to be re-created for the transfer. I have two young kids this is a piping problem under the building the roof leaks..please my rent is paid on time every month. I need help

Manager at apartment complex came to look at my ripped up flooring and put in a work order to get that fixed for us. She was very very kind and helpful.

Iliana is great! I just wish the gate was fixed now.

Good Morning, My name is Jenna and I have lived at Tuscany Pointe for almost 3 years. I was just wondering when the gate will be fixed for the complex? We get no updates from our leasing center and I have been asking for years when the gate will be fixed. We pay to live in a gated community, and yet, that gate has not worked once since I moved in with my partner. I have also placed in numerous maintenance requests regarding my flooring in the bathroom ripping up due to the water leak that came from my water heater last year. The maintenance team "solved" my request, yet never stepped foot into my apartment to look at the damage or try to help to fix it. I was wondering what can be done, since I pay around $2,000 a month for a one bedroom apartment, and have not missed one payment since moving in. I also have never caused any issues for the leasing center or maintenance crew. I always provide water and snacks to anyone who comes to my apartment to help me. I just was looking for some answers. Trash

Our trash at Jackson Grove Apts is over flowing and we just received an email to hold our trash until Thursday. I wish i could send pictures. Can somebody please have the trash dumped tomorrow. It has been overflowing for over a week.
