Goods faukty

Please can you ring 07962 29**** about some goods sent to 22 Chandlers Court today in Hull HU9 1FB to Luke Teasdale from Sue Smith. Bottle broken and card ruined.

Haven't made any payment

Everything went well until it came to making a payment, then it said go to payment and it wouldn't let me go any further and I tried a few times so I'm afraid I just had to give up, and that was yesterday 28th July '23. I wanted to send my Granddaughter Ailigael a birthday card for her 13th birthday

Received flowers very battered broken heads

I received flowers from my daughter-in-law they are very battered with head broken Petals are falling off so disappointing I do not want to tell her

Used to be easy to send card. New upgrade makes page 3 more difficult to lay out unlike 3 simple boxes. This change drove me back to card shop as I cant do with hassle when previous system was so simple I can see why you need to up the game but hope your customers are tolerant as Im not I wish you good luck and will try other suppliers

I never received my husbands birthday card and a chocolate box for 5th of July until now. Please refund.

Card and gift hasn't arrived

I put in the post address and post code and it's not arrived it's now July it should've been delivered on yhe 19th June. There's been plenty of time

Failed yet again!

I paid extra for Royal Mail tracked to ensure my order arrived on time and it hasnt turned up! I havent used Moonpig for a few years because they did this last time. Decided to give them another chance. They have failed again and no one available to discuss. Shockingly bad service!

Damaged delivery

Order number 231798R9QZJ Hi , Just received my order unfortunately rang doorbell , didnt wait, left on doorstep even though we were in . The parcel was visibly damaged and wet through, glass beer bottles smashed at bases . Please advise as to a replacement or money back. Very disappointed as would expect glass bottles to be protected by bubble wrap to protect although the way the box was damaged I dont think it would have helped in this instance. I have photos to show damage. Yours Chris Hill

Paid extra for next day delivery for Father’s Day and when I asked my dad if he had received it he hadn’t and when going online it then said it was out of stock

Taking my money then me paying extra so it was there on time for then to be told on the day that it was out of stock

Let Down

Ordered flower's and card to be delivered to my wife on her bday yesterday. As I had operation in hospital I wanted to make a little lesser stressful for her. It did not arrive on her bday but coming today a day late.tracking said delivered reference 155015****3224 driver Hector. Partial refund just card payed for.

Apologised offered replacement which was declined as don't trust dpd either.Had partial refund minus card as that was great. Still in contact with board secretary as feel that my trust has been abused.

Whilst I was having spinal surgery I ordered my wife a and flowers to ease worries she was having about me and to cheer her up as I wasn't there for her special day. The flowers were delivered a day late. Flowers were wilted and crushed. Customer Services lied that they were being delivered. Gutted

Not arrived

My Friends specail Birthday card had not arrived. When ordered on Friday , was supposed to be delivered Saturday , it's Monday evening and has still not arrived? Not a happy customer.

I’m still waiting for you to call about my order

I ordered the card in 9 May 2023 Now its 11 June 2023 Over a month Im still waiting for a response from you or your customer telephone number to call you as you dont have a phone number I dont want to talk to a chat person as they dont understand and say over and over again with no help telling me it takes 15 days well its beeping a month

So disappointed

Moonpig offered me a refund for the rubbish flowers but that was it they are not taking on board the inconveniences of the whole situation and the disappointment and the fact its the 3rd time it happened, in the end she was quite rude and a asked her too refund my card and close my account with moonpig . They really are rubbish at sending flowers and there customer support
