Serving stale food
Today at kankurgachi v.i.p market i had food from monginis tip top cake shop. The chicken cheese ball what tgey provided me was smelling badly and was stale. When i complaint them they neighter exchanged the product nor was at all sorry to sell the stale and unhinged product. Nor they kept the tray aside not to sell the product inspite of my complaint. It must be a shame to your company. This is Happning for the second time with the same outlet. If your company don't take any step against the outlet i will be forced to go to consumer forum.

Worst THING happen ever.
It was my Wedding day. before 2 day ago I had Ordered 2 cakes from the nearest store and the delivery time was mentioned 1 PM in the order reciept. Eventhough on my wedding day, i received the cake at 4PM, after so many calls and requests. WEDDING DAY IS ALWAYS SPECIAL FOR EVERYONE, BUT NOT FOR ME BECAUSE OF THIS THING. when i opened the cake, again it was not that one which i had ordered, and the taste was WORST ever.. the cake was not in good shape and taste.. All the functions were end, and my Respect is gone. tell me, what should i do for this? do you arrange my wedding again to repay my moments?? TELL ME, WHAT TO DO???

One of the monginis outlet in goa mapusa opposite SBI BANK ... the owner of that monginis the lady started abusing us while we were deciding to buy a cake ... she started questioning us what was the matter in a very rude manner and started abusing us with words I would make a humble request this matter needs to reach the highest authority of monginis and she should not be given a outlet to run as she don't respect a customer which is getting worse day by day

Mere pass voucher hai jo mujhe monginis cake shop se mila hai. It is written that 200 off will be taken on the cake, but the cake shopper will tell that you buying 450 cakes. lenge to 20 percent off rahega lekin voucher pe likha hai 200 off rahega

Cake ordered for birthday.
I've ordered cake from your Parbhani store. The cake ordered was of blueberry flavour but there was no flavour of bluberry in it. Also the weight of cake was not which I ordered. The topping on cake was very thin. It would be better if I had ordered from a local bakery. Need a call and solution for it.

Yesterday I went to monginis cake shop at Virar West branch, near station Road, Below the fly over. I don't had much knowledge of cake so I ask that man which cake is good in taste so he Suggested two cake that I have attached snap to this email. The thing is I ask for taste and he given me tasteless n that is only cream cake which is not worth. The taste is worst and simple then why he charge this cost per cake 550. he charge 550+550 for 2 half kg cake. That is not for even 200/- Rs worth I have fool for 1100/-Rs The payment made by Gpay- from 702881**** to monginis scan code I will not buy again at your shop again.. I want my extra charge money back. Why you fool customer and what techniques he used while selling kindly check... How he will manage that extra money for him. Check that I want my extra money back. Dear sir, i have purchase your product from dakshin barasat today about 7.30pm. Chicken pizza1pcs(rs.50), chicken burger2pcs of Rs.55each, and 4pcs of purple pesty cake of Rs.32/each total bill rs.288/paid by phone pay, i bring it at home , there have no complaint about burger and pizza but in pest cake i found a parts of cockroch,bitten by me, i dont tell it my childrens if they not socked,i want to complaint at dakshin barasat branch but there have no phone number, i will go to my office in food corpiration,and i will test it, then i will take action against you.

Monginis stop responding to the query after that no response was recieved from them. These guys are absolute cheaters. The manager at JB Nagar branch never took the matter seriously at first place. This kind of service by such reputed company is not worth.

Complaint about selling rotten food
Hello! I am a customer of monginis, there is a monginis situated at A/M 29, near bank of india, vss nagar bhubaneswar, they are selling the cakes and other items which are rotten . I bought a cake for a birthday party the cake was rotten . I hope this mail reach to you and please tell the owner to stop ordering a lot of stock or sell fresh cakes(especially) and other food which will be good for other people buying from monginis and will also less harmful of your reputation of monginis. I have visited the shop many times and complained about the food but the ignored , so I hope you consider this message and take some action.
