Owed money

I paid off a credit builder loan with moneylion over a month ago. I still cannot get them to release the $400 credit reserve. They did give me $2.04. They have lied repeatedly about when to expect the funds. The supervisor told me they are trained to do so. All they tell me now is that their "dedicated team" is doing their best to fix it. My case got escalated two weeks ago, and still nothing.

Don’t trust them they steal

They took my money and wouldnt give it back. Had ppl lying about they identity in the office. Wouldnt let me talk to nobody high up. Left me with no money for 48 hrs for no reason. When I pay everything on Time and get direct deposit.. they had me on the phone for 6 hrs and nobody cared.

MONEYLION CLAIMS BANK CHARGE BACK

I opened a bank account with these guys. I sent them the necessary documents Everything was working fine and great and dandy until. one day I logged in my balance is $4.06. So I was getting ready to add money to bring it up. But then I had to go take care of emergency. But the time I got back to go log in, I was restricted from the account. I couldn't log back in. And then I call customer service and they couldn't explain what was going on The next thing you know, I get a letter, email stating that my accounts been restricted. a week later. then I. send the necessary documents in again when I. finally got into my account to go add money to the $4.06. I was over$313 in some odd sense. So I call customer service and I don't know what's going on here. They said there was a charge back to my banks that I used to add money to the account. I. said impossible for a charge back to start. I would have to start the procedures which I never did. They still stood by their work. And now I am. zeroed out my count zeroed out 100. and something dollars is written off. They took my dispute money. $213.35 to cover that. they won't let me add money to my account. They're saying that I can't do anything with my account until I clear the negative balance when I shouldn't have a negative balance. I should have $213.35 plus $4.06. Homicide In my account, but the money line keeps insisting keep insisting that it was a chargeback when one of their staff even admitted that. their system had a glitch I'm not the only one who did this too, and then my banks even told them on a three-way call saying that it's impossible to get a chargeback because our client didn't start the procedures. with other banks telling them this they still want to stick to their word chargeback when their system has a glitch. If anybody is using this bank, I recommend taking your money up because I'm going to sue them for 200 and$13 million for the aggravations that they gave me.

Haven’t received funds into my account that I requested

I requested for my funds and it hasnt entered into my account yet, and its supposed to be instant, like the first time, also I gave a unsatisfactory review because yall out here receiving interest from what we borrow and want a tip, not a good look for the company, it makes the company appear thirsty for money, but now its says my account will be funded in 4hrs, either its instant or not

I was hacked and they claim that no error was made

My story is it under supposedly another investigation. However besides emails I have no other verification of the validity of the so called escalated dispute.

I was hacked and within 5 minutes my account had less than 1.00 in it from companies in India. Reliance retail limited and myntra. I have never even heard of these places.In less than 2 weeks MoneyLion decided no error occurred and chose to side with the criminals. Answer this question why would a disabled woman who receives ssi and is homeless want to use her whole disability check on some businesses in India who she hasn't even heard of and upon research found out that they don't even have a customer service contact number in the US everything is overseas.? Not me I use my money for paying for a motel room. Now because of MoneyLion and the criminals who fraudulently took money out of my account I have nothing. No money no where to sleep and have more financial problems due to unpaid bills.

They closed my account out of retaliation

I had reached out on social media to them because I paid off my first credit builder loan on 4/1/2023 and two weeks had gone by and I still hadnt received the amount they held in reserve as I paid. They had even admitted it was a error in their system because I had paid the first one off for $500 then took the next step up to keep building my credit and they offered it. So if they knew it was a error why hadnt they paid me. Every call I got told the same thing its coming, its escalated to the right team we will contact you blah blah blah.. then they said I would get it on the 20th 20th came and went still nothing. So tired of getting no where when I called I posted on Twitter and FB and messaged the CEO. Next day closed my account but yet still dont tell me that when I call they still just keep pushing me off. So now I am out $500, my check will still end up trying to be deposited there, I have to hold they send it back as they should so I can get it in a reasonable amount of time. This has literally put me and my family in a bind we cant afford! I just came out of a 18 coma 3/7/2023 still learning to walk and function normal again and this happened and I dont know what I did wrong I was just trying to build me credit but oh well live and learn I guess

Stop pay

I cancelled My MoneyLion account a month ago you all charged me and still attempting to charge I dont have a account because it did not work for me so refund the fee and dont take no more

I got my self a good lawyer and I'm about to start suing Monrylion for all the harm and fraud and embezzling and money laundering and identity theft they have done to me.

Hello I am truly sorry what you are all going through I am going through what you are all speaking,say St of an more, I now have a lawyer from Avvo after asking them a question a lawyer took my case I can't say much because my case is in the making but I'm telling you if you have proof and you really are determined to succeed an bring this crook bank system down get a lawyer Avvo is your best help. Good luck to you all...

My account is frozen

My overall experience with money lion bank has not been very well at all would not recommend this to anybody not even my dog if he had money. Froze my account due to suspicious activity which was me using my debit card on a daily basin and had to go through the most, never allowed me to speak to any supervisors only telling me to wait.

Someone got ahold of my card info, and sent themselves monrey using my info. there were numerous transactions totaling roughly 1570.00 dollars. Dispute already underway

It been weeks since re-establishing myself with MoneyLion and before I cold even use it for anything and after attaching my Varo account for the borrowing account cant think of the name of it right now but my money fraudulently stolen from my account last I spoke to a customer service representative she said so needed to re-attached my Varo checking account to possibly get my money back from it being stolen? I have not because that how it was stolen last time and its been investigated for weeks now and I gave her my Checking account info then? You cant claim to be the most used money platform or online Money service program with this kind of stuff Happening? Clarence Seagroves
