Do not list flight hub.com for your customers
I purchased a multicities ticket from flighthub.com through momondo. I added the so called travel insurance of $71 USD but since I have never received anything, insurance policy or email from the insurance company or flighthub I decided to cancel the travel insurance by contacting flighthub, they said they will cancel it from my credit card but the amount still there when I check with my credit card company. I also found out there are 90% of people complaining flighthub online. I am worrying my transaction with flighthub is not even legit. If momondo still using flighthub for the customers I won be using momondo again for my next trip. Flighthub is a scam site can not be trusted anymore.

Dear CS Team, Me and one of my friend will go to Pristina for vacation in November. We were planing to rent a car and travel other countries as well. My question is, Are we allow to drive other Balkan Countries next to Kosova with a rental car? I have been contacted via WhatsApp to start working on Momondo rating platform, then after couple of luxury packages they asked me to put even more money for insurance and verification, and now they dont want to release my money, its been more than two weeks since I have requested the withdrawal. Never use a third-party site to book airline tickets
Flights all screwed up..first flight cancelled...airport had to reschedule flight with different airlines. Connecting Second flight cancelled...had to make m any calls to get a connecting flight. Finally got to destination. Baggage lost for four days. Never again.do not use a third party site

Fraudulent travel agency
Dear company, I would like to inform you that the company Super Travel, which offers accommodation services through your application, is fraudulent. On 03/07/2023 I made a reservation for accommodation in Poreč, Croatia (Plava Laguna) for the period 08/07/2023 to 15/07/2023, later I read bad reviews about the company Super Travel and thought to contact the accommodation which I have already paid to Super Travel via credit card. I sent a reply that they don't have that type of accommodation and the voucher I received from Super Travel shows signs of fraud. This is unacceptable and I will of course take all legal steps to remedy it. It is also surprising to me how the accommodation provider Plava Laguna in the city of Poreč dealt with this situation, since it is clear that they must know about this as the company Super Travel fraudulently offers their accommodation and deliberately deceives the customer with false information about the accommodation. There is an obvious relationship between the two companies as they offer their accommodation. I have never encountered this kind of behavior. best regards Igor verbok

False advertisement of flight fees
I used your website to book a flight which took me to FareBubble.com and allowed me to book at 144.93. An agent called me one hour later to tell me that the flight did not exist and then changed it to it was not available. Tried to book me for another date which Im not available. I asked to be transferred which that agent admitted that they overbooked their discount tickets and offered an airline 40 min away. Poor customer service. I sent a complaint to their service department and someone call me stating this was not false advertising and the ticket cost listed was only for the savers club members. They tried to sell me the same flight for $248 when the direct airline seat was $170. I suggest that their company be reviewed for falsely advertising their discounts and strongly encourage discontinued sales through their website. They are still listing the discounted seat even after the call.
