Photographs not clear and no response for contact
They never respond once they get your money. Baby photos were not edited and baby's face was still having stains of milk. The photographer promised to clear all of them and take care of them. but once I pay them, they stop responding. I called in multiple times and contacted them through email. But they never respond.

Not worth a penny
My daughter did not receive her first bath yet when they came to take the picture! The representative said they would photoshop the blood and afterbirth off of my photo. When I received the photo I was so upset! Its now over a month and Im STILL waiting for a response let alone a refund on a photo I WILL NOT be able to hang on my wall ! No parent wants a photo of their child with blood on them to be seen by anyone! Very disappointed!

Got double charged by mom366
Got double charged because they say it is a preauthorization but it is the same price that I paid for stuff and then they say they only see 1 charge in the system so there is nothing they can do about the other charge. So they can take your money so easily but giving it back is even harder
