Emergency coverage

Molina refuse to pay in-network rate for out-of-network emergency ambulance provider after months of appeal. What's the point of insurance if you won't pay for emergency services. Save money and headache. Find a different insurance provider at all cost!

Prior authorization

Still has been reviewed my authorization been 15 days and they keep giving me the run arounds very upsetting and place on hold for over 5 minutes waiting for supervisor

Gratitude

I have had moline for the last 3 to 4 years. After going through pancreatic cancer and several other health situations I just havent be very grateful for the service Molina has been offering. I live-blogging doctors, hospitals and Im thankful to all my treatments. Thank you Molina healthcare for taking care of me.

KEEP GETTING HUNG UP ON WHILE TRYING TO OBTAIN A SIMPLE REFERENCE NUMBER

I keep trying to reach customer service for a reference number for a recently changed PCP and instead of just being given the number I instead am being forced to have to call customer service numerous times over and over and being placed on long holds and then having the phone hang up on me, it's very frustrating!

HORRIBLE TERRIBLE company

Zero help at SOCALLED customer service. Most if not all services and options are NOT available. Few if any local doctors accept Molina. Absolute WORST healthcare - mm ay as well be dead or an illegal. Molina does NOTHING to help except make EXCUSES. Molina are LIARS and will say or do anything to get members to shut up and go away and die

Cancellation

I had to pay two and five dollars to had my Molina cancelled but some how I ended up with another insurance company in which I never signed up for I have been battling with they people for three months telling that they will cancel and has not they have taken money out my account that I don't have.nnib

Quote

I called to get a quote and was forwarded to the wrong person. I had to say I wanted a quote and would be asked info about my policy. I asked if she could forward me to the right person and hung up on me. I had to ask for a quote multiple times.

Unresolved 2021 claims

PissedConsumer.com is great and helped me finally get acknowledged by a Molina rep but yet again Molina "dropped the ball" and now my medical account went to collection, due to zero fault of my own. The medical account is Aurora and they are the next target of mine for PissedConsumer.com. Two multi billion dollar companies not doing their jobs and not caring one iota about the customer is troubling and unacceptable. You have ONE job, Molina and Aurora ..... Send and Process claims .... I get ONE result .... FAILURE!

Poor Service

the worst insurance ever never gives good services. I have some serious issues with my health I called them for help and they kept hanging up on me and transferring from one person to another and got no help, this is so frustrating they are playing around with patients' health by not responding to this is a big-time joke. I would never ever recommend this insurance to anybody, they have the worst service and insurance ever.

TERRIBLE Transportation!

Molina Transportation 1-88*-***-**** Horton Coles Transportation Lic. 23246 Ithaca St, Oak Park, Michigan Owner: Janay Marie Coles 313-492-**** On my last TWO scheduled rides, Access To Care sent Horton Coles Transportation to pick me up and said they were at my place to pick me up and had called me when they were here BUT THEY WERE NOT HERE AND DID NOT CALL ME!!! Dec.7 2021, RE: My ride for my PCP 1:30pm Annual Physical appt At 12:30pm I was sitting in front of my window waiting for my ride with my phone turned on next to me. At 1:00pm I called MT (Molina Transportation) (1-88*-***-****) and spoke with Vicki. She contacted Dispatch, they will come back to pick me up (they were never here!). Ten minutes later I called and spoke with Vicki again, she said the driver will call me right now. I have call waiting, I waited five minutes and then called and spoke with a different girl who connected me to someone but after being on hold for seven minutes I hung up and called MT again, spoke with Vicki again, told her that my appt. was for 1:30pm and would now be way too late to make the appt. Gave her all the details including how Janay Coles (313-492-****) had called me and let it ring only one time just like on Oct. 26 and how I called that number back right away and a few different times and after many rings always got voice mail is full message. They should have (and would have) left a voice mail on my machine if they were here. Vicki told me that someone will call me back about my complaint on Dec. 13 between 2:00 2:30pm. I basically went through the same thing on October 26 for my Annual Physical Appt.--Access To Care said they were here and had called me BUT THEY WERE NOT HERE AND DID NOT CALL!!! So, I had to cancel that appt. to get my annual physical also. The owner of Horton Coles Trans. (Janay Coles) called me on that day at 11:05am to tell me that she is sending a driver to pick me up.I told her its too late because my appt. on that day was for 11:00am. I told her nobody called and nobody was here. She told me that she would make sure that it would never happen again (BUT IT HAPPENED AGAIN FOR MY VERY NEXT APPOINTMENT!!). Dec.13 3:30ish (nobody from either company called me today) I called 888-616-****, spoke with Kim. She connected me to Dispatch and told me to ask for a Supervisor. I spoke with Kevin for 33:41 minutes. He took all of my Info.and said someone will call me within 5 days. Also, he called 313-492-**** and spoke with a woman (probably Janay) who told him that if my phone rang only once those 2 times it must have been my phone's fault (TWO DIFFERENT TIMES???). So why didnt she answer the phone those times when I called her back RIGHT AWAY after I received the one ring phone calls from her?. Dec. 20 11:00am (nobody called me all last week from either of these companies) I called 1-88*-***-****, they connected me to Access To Care.Cleio took all my Info. said a Supervisor will call me within the hour. I was on the phone with her for 30 minutes. 12:45pm (haven't heard from anyone since 11:00am) I called A2C (888-616-****) was transferred to "Dispatch Supervisor Shaleta AKA Shelly". She told me that she will look into it and said she has my information from my other reports. I was on the phone with her for 3 minutes. Jan. 8, 2022: Today I received a letter in the mail from Molina Healthcare Appeals and Grievances Unit Michigan-DSNP stating Access 2 Care was told by Horton Coles Transportation that they were at my place, waited 10 minutes and had called me but that my voicemail was full so they couldn't leave me a message----THAT IS JUST BULL!!! My Voicemail has NEVER been full!!! THEY WERE NEVER HERE!!! There is more to this but I am convinced that nobody will do anything about any of this and am exhausted from the hours and hours of phone calls and documenting the events.
