Customer Service on Warranty
We had a plumber install an Adler shower head. It was defective and required a new spout. I am not a plumber and was not confident I could fix it myself. I asked if there was any reimbursement to have a plumber come back. CS responded with anyone can fix this. I restated I wasn't comfortable doing the replacement. After back and forth, I asked for a manager. Once transferred, the managers mic was still on and I overheard her and the CS making fun of my situation and how dumb I must be. She reiterated there was nothing they would be willing to do besides send the replacement. And that everyone is able to switch out the faucet.

Waiting for part that never arrived on date agreed upon
A replacement for a bad part was promised to arrive last Wednesday but haven't received it yet til now

I couldnt identify shower cartridge. After describing the approximate size of cartridge and the material it was made of they identified it right away

Terrible product & horrible customer service reps
Wish i could give negative star to Moen kitchen sensor faucets. Most discourteous and unprofessional customer service reps. My first mistake was to buy their product and second mistake did not hold on to the receipt. Paid tons of money to buy their product that did not even last 5 years. Not only that, they did not warranty or offered any help. They tried to defraud me by sending me a 75% off coupon that could only be applied at their website, where they had doubled the price of the same product that was selling for half the price on other websites. Extremely disappointed didn't know this kind of fraudster still exist.

False advertisement of stainless steel and it shipped and peeling off
Kitchen faucet that says its made of stainless steel in reality it shipped, and it peeled& lifetime warranty that is false statement it will cost more of labor + cost of shipping it looks like 3 card monte I will not use these product even for free lousy company did you with

I have NO complaints, do not know why this was sent as I think the customer service was TERRFIC. Agent was helpful, friendly and knowledgabe. All companies should follow their blueprint for customer service.

Need advice regarding replacement of kitchen facuet
Low water pressure; what appears corrosion at base preventing movement of unit. Attempted to clean all parts and still failed. This has been replaced by Moen in the past, approx. 5 years ago, (estimated).
