Merchandise I received was made backwards

I ordered a blouse from Modlily and paid to have it shipped to me. The blouse total was $29.98.The shipping charge was $8.98. For a total of $38.96. They sent me the wrong sized item. I ordered a XXL and they sent me a XL. The plastic bag it came in said XXL but the shirt was labeled XL. I contacted them via chat (they dont have a way to contact them by phone) and explained the situation to them. She was very cordial and sent me a return label. When they received the item back they credited me $19.98. They charged me for shipping the wrong item to me and also ($9.98) for shipping it back to them. They said I didnt take a picture of it and should have returned it as a delivery problem not for wrong size shipped. I have spend endless chats trying to explain that I should not be charged for being shipped the wrong item nor returning it to them. It is like banging my head against a wall with the same answer over and over again no matter who I chat with. No way to contact them except through chat or e-mail. I strongly advise you not to order from this company. I will not order from them ever again and I dont think they should be able to rip people off like this.

Ordered a swimsuit for my vacation on July 4. Paid $20 + for expedited shipping and still no swimsuit. I contacted the company and asked for my shipping cost to be refunded. I was told they cant refund shipping and the suit is estimated to arrive on the 15th.hardly expedited! I will believe it when I see it.

I ordered over $300 worth of product and one of the items was a pair of stretch denim capri pants in a 3XL. When I received the order it was a size 1XL. I chatted with agent who told me I would have to pay for the shipping which would be deducted from the refund once received. The pants were $9.98 and the return shipping is $9.99, which means I return the item they screwed up on and I still owe them .01 cents and have no pants. If this was my mistake I could see them saying I needed to pay for shipping, but this was their mistake in sending me a size I did not order and cannot wear.

I order three blouse's and I received an email that said I would get the package on the 17th or 20th and I tried to get a phone number but can't . i have not received them and i was just wondering when.
