No customer service person to express my concern for an unauthorized transaction. Very upset!
I was looking at an offer for a clutch crossbody purse on Facebook and a charge for $27.77 went through Pay Pal account and I was only REVIEWING THE CHARGES. The amount went automatically through without my permission. I want a REFUND OR FREE SHIPPING! My email is hellodonna@***.net. Please reply promptly.

I still haven't got the purses from Mostub of my refund.
Purchased 2 purses from Mostub last year and never got my refund. I am on a fixed income and I need that money to buy me some groceries. I trusted you and I never got an answer. I pray God will touch your heart to send me my money. What if it was your grandmother.

Make a return for a full refund
Product took almost a months to get. Quality was very poor. Still trying to get a return label, its been two weeks of trying. Poor customer service, and no living person to speak too. Pissed Customer, not very helpful!

Price discrepancy
Price discrepancy, I received an email that showed a price drop on items that I was going to buy. I went in to purchase them at the dropped price and the dropped Price disappeared and the more expensive price was listed! This is not cool! Not sure if this is just an error, or its a bait and switch! Please advise

I received defective item FR292-pink. Replacement just arrived, same as first item. Second item has the same defect. I want my money back. The company you sent me to in my chat has charged my credit card 4 times. If it goes through, you will be refunding me that also.Shop elsewhere

False advertising
"Gwnuine leather" advertised is cheap vinyl. The only leather on the purse is the tiny piece imprinted "genuine leather."
