I have been waiting since July 4 for my phone to be unlocked. I want to speak with someone directly about the delay and there is no contact phone number or working email for this company. I want to speak to someone or at least have a person I can write/chat to.

I've paid for a service that wasn't done. They won't refund my money back. I work hard to earn 15 bucks, but they stole my money.

No service, no communication, no refund.
Misleading information, tricks you into purchasing a "verification" before hitting you with the Grand slam fee once the sunk cost fallacy has settled in. Once this is done, don't expect to get what you paid for either. My own experience had the service listed as having an average wait time of 7 days. After a month I asked what was up with it and if I could get a refund as I still hadn't gotten what I paid for. The response I got was that the average wait time was 7 days, and all further emails were ignored. Weasels.

Scam!
The site charges you to confirm they can provide the service. They send an email confirming they can provide the service at an additional charge. Once I paid the additional charge, there was a bogus progress report indicating that my order was being progressed. After three weeks I received an email saying they cannot provide the service and will not give a refund!
