Mobile 1 esp x3 oil

Mobil received my money but refused to give me value

The transaction sleep with it's code was printed for me by my bank (access bank) which I gave the manager at the branch but he told me he and the company can not do anything about it, while others company will easy take it to their account manager/officer for...

On Sunday June 25, mobile feeling station at airport road ikeja received 10,000.00 from through their P O S , but refused to give me value for my money till date. On that day, their bank (eco bank) has network issue so the POS issued declined but the transfer successfully went through my bank (access bank) has since then print the approved transaction with it's code which I took to the feeling station , rather to accept it and give me value or my money back, the manager you put there started teething me with and all others with the same issue with police arrest. Please Mobil, I know you as a well reputable company and you wouldn't want to do anything that can tarnish your reputation/ image in the society like what your manager at Mobil feeling station airport road ikeja is doing right now , refound my money or give me the value I require. Bad customer service

The employee goes by the name of Bob said he does not want me at the store because I took a cigarette out of the ashtray. He said" that's why I don't like you *** your a *** I saw you take a cigarette out of the ashtray I don't want you to come back to this store you *** crazy. I never stole Anything from this store. I'm still in shock. I told him you can't kick me out of the store because you don't like me. Then he pushed me. And started to grab me. The manager was there and saw the whole thing. I called the cops. She then put no trespassing on me. Wow really. I can't believe the manager of noria/ mobile allowed the employee to speak to a customer like that. Smh just because one employee don't like me. For one reason or another I can no longer go to the store across the street from my house. She should have told him to Puch out and go home to cool off. He should have got a warning. I don't understand why she allowed him to speak like that too a customer.

Problem at station

The station on Via de La Valle is a prime affluent area with a station that is a continuing disaster. No paper in pumps for receipt. Pumps frequently non operational No signs on pump to warn of problems No paper in dispensers for drying windows Water for windows filthty Employees with poor skills who spend most of their time eating treats rather than taking care of customers. Poor attitudes

Both mirrors on car damaged

DontWent thru car wash at the Mobile gas station at 1108 Weston Rd. In Weston / Fort Lauderdale Florida 33326 and turns out the car wash Malfunctioned and damaged both mirrors .. attendant of gas station came out even took a pic of the 1 mirror and not the other so been fighting with owner for 2 months to pay for damages and he keeps giving me a hassle about the estimate from the dealership that I bought the car from and still has not paid for it yet ... it's a shame when a mobile gas station car wash damages your car that you gotta go thru so much grief to get it fix ...

Pump was broke.

I can in this morning to put some gas in my vehicle.@ 1699 Landmeier Rd. Village Elk Grove IL. On pump 8. No one put a sign out or a bag on the pump to inform the customers that the was not working @this location. When I went to put gas in my vehicle the gas sprayed all on me from the top of the holes. I came down on me like a sprinkle and it is kindly windy today. The gas got all on me in my hair my clothes on the side of my face. I went in to let the workers know what happen. A guy came out to see what was going on.. He try to call a manager to see how to stop the pump got no answer. So Ariae came in and told him to hit the emergency stop pumps button. The gas was charged to my account I never received the gas. I ask when will the manager be in the seem like they did not know what to do. The guy who went out saw how the gas was coming out from the top of the pump. I want to be reimbursed for my clothes my wk day my hair. I would like to know who owns that gas station. Because the manager has talked to her and she's not straightening out her attitude she's very unprofessional she's disrespecting me and she waited for a customer to leave the store before she can say

Need to speak to a person why a credit check was done on me this morning

I was on the phone for half the day. Most of the customer help lines are machines that can't help you because they say you don't have an account or a social security # that they recognize. I was given 7 different phone #'s and not anyone could help me find out why mobile-Exxon ran a credit report on me, if I dont' have a account with you. That goes against my credit. You should have people answer your customer service, if you really cared about your customers.

Price gouging

Price gouging.Had to buy ice after not having electricity,hot water heat or hot food. Went to fill my car with Mobile gas and get ice for my cooler. I asked how much was a bag of ice? I was told a small bag will cost $9.99 and a large bag was $19.99.After suffering for almost a week someone is trying to rip us of.

Horrible service and condescending attitude from management. Did not respect the customer or offer proper assistance.

This store did a horrible job dealing with a customer related issue. The staff had condescending attitudes and didnt actively try to come to an amicable conclusion. Instead maintained a passive aggressive attitude and energy. I purchased 50/50 Peak Antifreeze from the 1902 Shopiere Rd Mobile location. Once purchased and I realized it was the wrong type of Antifreeze for my vehicle I came back the same day and was given the run around by staff. Told to come back the next day and I would get the refund. I came back a day or two later and was met by a disrespectful manager, who didnt help at all and maintained passive aggressive energy. And helped to escalate the situation. No assistance was given.

Horrible Customer Service. Disrespectful management. Passive aggressive commentary and did not try to resolve the issue constructively. Will never go here again.

Disrespected by management in gas station. No consideration given to myself when given the run around by multiple store employees regarding returning an unused item that was taken back within an hour or so.

Highly discriminated against, embarrassed, humiliated

My boyfriend went into a Mobil this morning at 333 Eastern Ave Malden, Ma., and he is illiterate. He had my debit card and when it came time to pay he told the clerk that he could not read what was on the screen of the credit card machine, the clerk replied by saying you cant read That you idiot! He proceeded to insult him and then wouldnt even serve him! Im absolutely apalled by this behavior its sickening, arent that why the clerks are there in the first place to help people!

Credit card issues

Iv been A Exxon credit card customer for 33 yrs. I never had a late fee or missed payment. Another credit card was fraudulently opened in my name. When I was made aware of the fraud I closed the account and reported the fraud to Exxon and Citi Bank. They said they investigated but I never spoke to an investigator and they never sent me the documents I requested. My credit rating went from perfect to poor. Is this anyway to treat a loyal customer for 33 yrs Gary Miller
