Horrible Product

Just wow. Front cover came out COMPLETELY blurred. The photo I submitted was fine. And only half of the photo is clear. I called and was told there was nothing they could do. What a rip-off!

Want to add a couple photos

Unable to keep the correct sequence of over 200 images when uploading to Mixbook from my Mac computer

Blurred photod

Book is very nice on exterior. Open it and photos left side of book blurred, right side just fine. I called Mixbook and spoke with a live person who just kept repeating that I needed different photos. No - I chose these for age sequence in my book. Mixbook enlarged them to fill the page blurring them. Woman would not adjust her opinion to listen to mine and make necessary adjustments. Do not use Mixbook. It is a waste of time.

I didn’t get a chance to talk to someone

I had a book published by your company, the pictures are beautiful. The problem is the name on the book is wrong. That is embarrassing for us to show off this beautiful event.

Picture book

Alli helped me design my book. She was excellent!!! Also she taught me how to shrink and center pictures in my book.

I want to make a copy of a calendar that I made but it's not on my projects I did not delete it

She knew immediately the answer to my issue and solved it in 2 minutes also very courteous and patient

Customer service is excellent.

I was concerned about short turnaround time (expiration) on a special discount offer. Customer service explained how to extend it. I look forward to having extra time to complete my project. The prices are quite high without a discount. The final product is amazing.

WRONG BOOK SENT.

Terrible!! Wrong book sent. No one is even able to be reached. Ruined my gift for someone and ruined day of Christmas Eve no thank you to you company. It sucks. Thats my review.

Even though they did not deliver on the estimated time Mixbook did get the cards to me before my travel date4

Mixbook was not able to deliver the product on the estimated time of delivery but they refunded the cost for priority delivery.

No order processed

My money was deducted out of my account for a Calendar, which was never produced or even processed as an order. There is no record, and I want my money back because I was told this is a scam. I cannot even received an order number. Will contact the Better Business Bureau if someone does not follow up.

Book ordered

The book is so cheap looking I had ordered a mosaic book a few years and it was such a nice gift; beautifully boxed with clear pictures. This was nothing like that just a cheap flimsy few pages I tried to talk to customer service and she couldnt even understand what I was talking about Very disappointed

Unhappy with the quality and found it difficult I have empty pages inside my book my whole book

I was just appointed with the quality of the book. Found it Hard to follow as the pictures I chose for inside did not print at all I have an empty book. Only the cover pictures work.
