Need a part

My Misty Harbor tritoon aluminum silver anodixed underskirt strip fell off my boat. The rivet anchors broke and dropped the part while under way. The replacement part $118. Viaggio has no dealers that carry this part in my area. To ship this 263 inch strip of aluminum from Michigan to Texas well cost $3k in shipment cost. Why doesn't Viaggio have a reasonable agreement within its parts distribution centers to carry this part?

Pontoons ripping

We purchased a 2015 Misty Harbour in 2016 from Just Add Water in Indianapolis, IN. Since then we have had the Toons welded 3times. 2 hav been out of our pocket. The dealer no longer carrys this Brand and will no longer service this. We are becoming very frustrated. We need a solution to the reoccurring issue.

Bad welds on my new Viaggio

I recently purchased a Viaggio (Misty Harbor) pontoon boat from a dealership in Duluth, Minnesota. I am totally disappointed with the welded seams on the pontoons. They are sub standard at best and I suspect that one has a leak. I waited a long time for a new boat and we did have it in the lake. The craftsmanship was seriously overlooked in my opinion. Ive had other boat people look at the welds and they said the same thing. Im going to bring it back to the dealer for some warranty repairs next spring.

Bought my Misty Harbor 2020 Pontoon Boat in 1996 from a dealer in Brainerd Minnesota. We had a 40 HP Force motor and replaced it with a 2006 Yahama 90 HP Four Stroke.

The only issue we ever had with the boat was the Bimini Top that after 24 years does not fit really well anymore. I probably don't fit well after 73 years either. I have seen some complaints with newer model Misty Harbors. We have owned this boat since 1996 and have been very happy with it. Only thing we changed was we upgraded to a larger motor so we could haul more friends.

I will not buy another one!

When I bought my 2018 Misty Harbor Biscayne Bay, the control counsel developed numerous cracks. They took my boat and had it for 6 weeks to replace the counsel. When I got it back the new counsel was cracked. Although they replaced the first one under warranty they would not cover the replacement, though it was cracked upon delivery. It has many new cracks since then. They told me they don't cover fiberglass even though it was still under warranty and it was a warranty replacement!!

Worst customer service EVER!

Bought a 2016 Misty Harbor pontoon. The red boat cover dropped a red powdery substance on the upholstery and decking staining it. Misty harbor claims they sub-contract their covers to another company and said to take it up with them directly. Well it's not my problem that they sub-contract their covers. It should be their responsibility to deal with their sub-contractors. Long story short they admitted that the material was defective but I had to pay a pro-rated amount for the new cover. Forget the fact that my cream colored upholstery and decking was permanently stained. Well they got their money but I'll make sure everyone knows what a rip off company this is. Once you make a purchase you can forget about them standing behind their products. Buy yourself a Bentley!

Discolored and Peeled Deck

My wife and I bought a 2013 Misty Harbor 22.85' pontoon boat. The deck on our boat stated to discolor about 4 years ago. That should have been a glue to me. It is now peeling up. I take care of my boat so it has been babied. I talked to the local Misty Harbor dealer for warranty. They advised me Misty Harbout has had major problems with their decks 2-6 yeas ago. I finally talked to Misty Harbor. The company person told me to contact the company that made the decking. I told her I bought a Misty Harbor. I realize the boat is out of warranty. I have never seen any pontoon boat decking discolor and peel after 5-6 years of light use. I was willing a least to get some(little) help from Misty Harbor. NO. They have refused to acknowledge and accept any part of my problem. I will never buy any Misty Harbor product. And... I would not recommend buying their products! Also, so much for their customer service!

Refuse to ship parts

when purchasing our new Misty Harbor pontoon 2019 we ordered a 3rd log. I was assured by the dealer Old Salt Marine in Lakeland Fl. that the log would arrive with the next load of pontoons from Misty Harbor. that was back in Jan. now it's June and we STILL DON'T HAVE OUR 3RD LOG. Misty Harbor (Seth) continually forgets to ship it. WHY? is it so hard to ship a log and accessory's?

Misty Harbor Pontoon Boat - pontoons crack and take on water!!

We purchased a new 2016 Misty Harbor Adventure Tri-Toon boat from Holiday Harbor Marina in Celeron NY. The first year, 2016, the platform holding the ski/tow bar bent. The dealer 'repaired' the platform so poorly that washers were cut in half and the bolts put on crooked so that they will work themselves off and possible cause harm to a skier. The dealer, Holiday Harbor, sold us a tube and robe when we bought the boat and said it was great for tubing. The manufacturer said their boats aren't built strong enough to tube behind and that bent the platform. The next year, 2017, the pontoons cracked at the seams and took on water!! The manufacturer, Misty Harbor Boats, said that happens from 'trailering' the boat to and from a boat launch. So their boats are so poorly made that they can't be hauled to and from a local boat launch with a designated pontoon trailer sold to us with the boat without the pontoons cracking and taking on water. This year the boat went out one time. The motor down makes the boat vibrate, lifted up it stops. They platform the dealer 'repaired' now is causing issues with the motor, it's a 150 Mercury, also purchased with the boat and trailer new in 2016 for this boat. So now they motor is too heavy for the boat? When we picked up the new boat in 2016, the back door was flying open on the test run and they said they'd fix that before we left but it still happens randomly. The speedometer malfunctions and one of the speakers doesn't work. The boat also didn't have any tilt gauge. The dealer said he's mail it to us but never did. When we took the boat in for the platform ski/tow bar repair, they put the tilt gauge on then. We also were not given a book regarding the boat or a copy of the warranty. And the boat came with a small hole in the upholstery of the captains seat. They said we need to add a transom saver to the boat and also have more support welded to the pontoons. But they won't provide the transom saver even though they say the boat pontoons crack from trailering their boat on the pontoon trailer their dealer sold us with the boat. We want a full refund. We do not trust this boat not to continue to fall apart. It is a pretty boat but NOT well made. BUYER BEWARE! The manufacturer, Misty Harbor Boats, argues and plays the 'blame-game' on everything instead of making this right. Do yourselves a huge favor and don't buy a MISTY HARBOR BOAT. NOT SAFE!
