Face recognition says that I have a account but I just joined a few months ago

Ok your face recognition software is *** bc I have only had my account for Maybe 3-4 months and every time I try to get a reward it say you already have a account/registered and this is the only account I have I can even send proof of who I am What am I supposed to do because I am utterly destroyed

You guys really are not good at paying out timely. I had an account with you before and i started back bc I forgot how you guys are really slow. I got an email talking about by tommorow afternoon. The app says 48 hours..I submitted the request the day before yesterday. Please get it together Most apps pay out same day. No one wants to play games for like two days to only get 10 bucks and then wait 3 or 4 days for ir. Thank you and I will be leaving a review

Can't get gift card

I have emailed them and emailed them I am almost to 50 bucks no one will email me back!! It says I can only use one account I only can use the most recent one I am no longer able to use my old account and I'd like to get it straightened out but NO ONE WILL GET BACK WITH ME!!

You suck and don,t deliver

I,ve been playing mistplay. In the beginning took it serious.played everyday all the time. On and off for hours. Been doing it a long time. Never have seen a penny,card, anything. Leave me alone. Stay off my phone. Stop popping up.sick off it

Why do you charge me to play games?

I've noticed in the history of my play you are charging me amounts like $1.99 to play games. It comes out of the blue symbols , buy why do I have to pay to play. These games have purchases you have to make to advance in the games. I bet you get some of that as a commission, so why charge me. I still haven't received the Amazon gift card I redeemed a month ago. ???

Facial recognition doesn't work

I have been trying for multiple days now to cash in my points for a target gift card, but my picture keeps getting rejected. I have emailed them 3 times and still haven't heard anything from them at all. Furthermore, I spent months earning those points because I'm on such a tight budget and desperately need that 100 dollar card, so I can buy my household items for the month. I'm not playing anymore until I hear back from them...oh and until they fix this issue and email me my gift card.

I was blocked after years of playing games. It took me over 6 months to gain a reward and they denied me of it without explanation.

The least they could do is give me my money for all the time and advertisements I was subjected to. It took me over 6 months to earn a reward and they denied me of it. Years of service to mistplay and recommended it to many. I guess I need to find another site to use as I did nothing wrong.

On 6/18 I received an email stating that Mistplay sent me $10 but I haven't received an email to let me know how to redeem the funds. I'm very frustrated.

Resolved: I haven't received my reward

I played the game 6 days ago and was supposed to have been given $10 in my PayPal account and haven't received it yet I log in with my Gmail account which is cynthiacantrell34@***.com. I would like to know why I haven't received my reward. Me and my husband have been writing you guys every since I won so I would like you to make it right and give me my reward.

Unfounded accusations resulting in account blocked.

I've been using Mistplay for over a year. Haven't had any problems until now. My wife and I both use it, and have received money on many occasions. Suddenly my account has been blocked for, supposedly, using a bot. I've never used a bot in my life. Now they won't deal with me. I have enough points for a $15 card.
