SCAM Company Missing W2
This company took my money and kept asking for information and never produced the W2. I kept talking about identity theft and they never responded. I have turned this complaint over to the FBI. They cannot help you, they will only take your money. They only respond by email, and the status of your W2 is always, pending, requires additional information. I am passed pissed off, I will be reporting them to the BBB and other sources. This scam is ridiculous, preying on people and false advertisement, stating they can produce your W2 within 48 hours. Lies, all lies, run, run, do not walk, run from this site. Learn from my mistake.

April 11th started the purchase process. May 11th they emailed me and said i had a signature error. Then when i asked what is the status. They keep telling me the IRS was updating their systems and they could not provide an eta. I searched the site for the return policy and there is not one posted. I had to message them and advise that i want to cancel the order. They told me they can only send me a check or via pay pal. I discovered that i processed my request for the wrong form because i was outside of my window.

Well i gave this company almost 300 bucks and read that it's a scam. My question is how in the *** is google still advertising it if It is theft. Does the FBI not look into google? or since the company pays for advertisement then its legal to promote phishing scams? Great the ole lady just yelled from the computer room that these bastards are from India. sooooo. Make sure the terrorist i just supported gets fancy boots and a nice weapons cleaning kit. gotta maintain that weapon ya coward. Go ahead and use my social while you're at it and take everything i have. I hope all this *** is a lie.

Requested w2 and paid and never received
The website is a scam...don't be fooled by people saying they got their money back. I ordered a 2013 w2 and never received. No phone calls were answered. I recommend anyone who has been duped like I have log a complaint with https://complaint.ic3.gov/default.aspx. This is a internet crime report that capture complaints for the consumer and if there are enough reports then the federal government would intervene. Additionally, if the dollar value exceeds a certain threshold (not sure the amount) then this would be a federal offense and the perpetrators would do time in prison. Subsequently I went through my work to get the documents I needed.

The "woman" (& believe me THAT IS CLEARLY an "understatement & IS "politically" correct) at the customer service number was VERY rude! She was short & cutting me off, & being disrespectful. I "nicely" told her she DIDN'T have to talk to me in that manner because I wasn't talking to her that way; not to mention I'm an adult as well & NOT her kids, OR her man! She continued to be rude & I asked her name & she hung up....AS I was asking her name, so I know she heard me. I called back a few times; the phone rang twice & then I got dead silence. I know she answered, but she "didn't say" anything. I guess these calls are doing everything but "being recorded" & this company allows their representatives to talk to people any kind of way!!!

They have strung me along for two weeks claiming they needed additional information, as well as asking for my ID. When I spoke with someone in their service area he was belligerent and never listened to what I was requesting, instead speaking over me every time I was talking. He cancelled the order before even hearing how I wanted to resolve the issue and would not allow me to speak to either a supervisor or the owner. When I try now to re-access them, I am unable to bring up a chat window. SCAM.

Paid for the service... NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING.... TOOK $... Can't get a hold of anyone to talk to... JUST STOP BEFORE YOU GO ANY FURTHER WITH THIS SCAM!!!!!! Somehow my disputed claim with the bank I use to pay for this service came back as a legit transaction but I never received any product from this place. You will be throwing away $ if you decide to move forward with using this place. Just STOP now and move on. Not sure how to make this any clearer for anyone who is reading this review. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!!!

I needed my W2s fast because my state said I owed money when I did not work in the state....they did not want the IRS transcripts which took 8 days to get...so had to get W2s which were somewhere in storage. I decided to try this...said 48 hours to get them...and this was cheaper than the IRS but two weeks later, emails and phone messages...no W2s....still pending is what they said...why they could not respond to emails or messages ....now they have my personal info and I ask for my money back...not worth it....just pay the extra and get it faster than this company. IRS 9 days...this company 2 weeks plus despite their 48 hour promotion promise....even 9 days the IRS rate would have been ok......Now I must watch my credit and be sure they are not scamming me and costing me something...hope I will at least get my money back

No W-2 and no refund BUYER BEWARE!!!!
Emailed this company 3 times asking for a refund they are refusing to refund my money now saying they never got the emails! I have them all and can produce them but they say I never sent them. They tell me over the phone that their number is listed on their page see the screen shots below no phone number listed! I run a business and would never allow any of my employees to treat customers this way, they would be FIRED if they did. They even hung up on me during a phone call.... Very poor customer service....Do NOT use this company for any reason!!!!!!!!!
