Defective sheets
I ordered a set of king sheets and a set of queen sheets on November 13 2022. The queen sheet( bottom sheet) has ripped and you can see an area around the rip where the material is obviously defective.I spent 276.00 dollars and I certainly expected these sheets to last longer than 7 months. Don't understand the difference in these sheets
I've been using these sheets on my queen bed for a little over a week. I'm not impressed with the softness or the cooling properties. I don't want to write a negative review as it appears many customers like them. The fact that I dont have to wash as often due to the silver content is the only benefit I see. I actually have no problem with changing my sheets every 2 weeks, as I'm single and lay on one side of the bed for a week, then I switch to the other side. I very much would like to get a refund and return the sheets. I do not have the original packing, however. Let me know how to proceed. Thank you, Amy 214-936-**** Keller. Texas

I ordered sheets but had been told they could be returned at any time. I had them awhile but called to return. Guess what ?I missed the return window. Opened this year. Was I surprised. Sheets 7 sets Towel 5 sets. Comforter 1 It was so much more than I needed. Since I cant find the order and cant talk with them Im not sure I got the right order I think I would have ordered 4 sets of sheets 2 towel sets And no comforter. I am always hot! Now what to do with this huge order.

Returned unopened sheets months ago. No refund
Was sent queen size; ordered full. After reading the reviews I told them to cancel order. Reviews are terrible. They dont care about anything but making money in a dishonest way. I was charged about 2-3 times what was supposed to be. This company has a terrible reputation. I will contact the BBB.

My package was delivered to the wrong address. No fault of Miracle brand. I did finally receive my order and I love the sheets!

Unhappy with your product. Pillow case is too skimpy . Fitted sheet has no straps.
I ordered from an advertising Special price. Did not receive special price Showed your fitted sheet had straps to hold them under mattress. Also showed 3 sizes of Towels. I received 2 wash cloth and one large , no hand towel The pillow case is 4 inches shorter than my current ones. It is cut so skimpy my pillow bulges and showed the pillow under neath. They wrinkle like you said they would not. I received a text from 833 217 **** I immediately texted him I had a complain that mr bottom sheet did NOT have straps. He keeps saying his team did not get back to him. I texted him as soon as I opened the package on last Sunday . I till today Friday have not gotten any answers from him. Called 888 683 **** but was not allowed to mage the call without first giving my email and reason for calling. A very strange practice for a business. The copy of my order that I asked for does not have an order #

Ruined Christmas and will not resolve
I purchased sheets for my wife as a gift. I was not asked when I wanted them delivered. They were ordered early to ensure arrival before Christmas. When they were opened on Christmas they were the wrong size. Since it had been 32 days since they were received, they refused to exchange. Even though they were never used or opened.

Defective fitted sheet
They answered my call and I explained what had happened ( the fitted sheet had a tear in it ) and the sheet set was less than 2 months old. They have NOT contacted me back for a replacement. The sheet set has a 5 year warranty.All I want is a REPLACEMENT FITTED SHEET!

It is so complicated. When I first called for return address they gave me e mail addresses & had go to Ups store to returned with my expense. I am not happy at all this situation. When I spoke the representative this morning she will find out everything send me e mail. I have ordered another correct one besides one you all sent to me wrong one. I just feel like cheated by miracle brand company. I am not sure that I will need to buy more stuff from this company although like the stuff this company carries.

I called their customer service number and spoke to a very pleasant woman who promised to email me a return label for the sheet set I had purchased. No argument or protest.

Order is wrong address
I called the wrong number by mistake. I was NOT pissed until after I spoke to the woman on the other line. She was rude, unapologetic, and uncaring about my situation. Now my packages have been delivered to the wrong address. I sent my son to clear over to where we used to live in Laveen. We were sent an email saying that our order has been delivered. AGAIN, HELP!!!

Order is wrong address and I was NOT offered any solution to fix my problem.
I called Miracle Brand the next day, but did not receive ANY help. This is SO sad for me, as I almost never have the funds to be able to afford this.
