Rude Nurses in Kingwood TX

Original review Aug 01, 2023
This was the 2nd time the lady checking me in was rude to the point my daughter said something! And shes little! After the first time I did give her a negative review when the survey was sent because she was rude to me and very rude as well as belittling to the lady she was training. She even refused to do a flu test bc I didnt have fever and told me I was fine. Upon going today she was just as hateful and told me that she didnt think I was misdiagnosed. I didnt say I was I said the meds given did not help or resolve my problems. And told her I would still like to see the NP. Then she went to talk to the Nurse Practitioner who had me come in her office asked what my problem was and why was I rude which threw me off and my daughter because the other lady has been horrible today and a month ago when I came in and then today the NP was beyond hateful- I explained it wasnt me- I told her what happened and she didnt want to deal with it so she said - just leave we arent helping you. Then told me you should just go to the er - opened her door and said go! I have never been treated so badly in my life! And honestly I want an apology from both ladies! Their names are Morgan & Kelly at the CVS Minute Clinic on Kingwood Dr & West Lake Houston in Kingwood Texas

What a *** show, if your going to minute clinc for a d.o.t. physical? Don't even think about it! Ive been taking drug test and physicals for 45 years until i ran into this young just starting her career racist white woman who know everything and i just sat back and watched the ignorance and stupidity. We are doing what the Doctor ordered.

The Doctor requested that we use ear drops for a few days and return. We will be back this week. I don't need to say anymore.

Flu symptoms

I have to agree with other reviews, NP spend most of the time typing info into a computer, they don't explain what type of test they are doing, and they just asked to seat outside and wait. I will never go back, they do not care for the patient, will not recommend to anyone.

Angry parent with customer service

I just visited the MinuteClinic on sycamore in Kokomo Indiana with my 18-year-old daughter. She went in to do this by herself it was her very first time she'd ever done anything like this alone and she told the person behind the counter that this was her first time. I was on the phone so I could hear the whole thing. They did not explain to her where to sit and wait or anything about how to sign up for the minute clinic other than go to the kiosk. She managed to be able to do the kiosk just fine and she set back down in the pharmacy waiting area because that's where she thought she had to wait because no one told her where to actually wait for the doctor to call her name. They claim they came out and called her name several times and no one answered because I started to question how long she was sitting there. There is absolutely no way that that happened. Remember I was on the phone with her the whole time. And I'm pretty sure I would have heard something in the background. When she went to the counter to ask they were extremely rude with her. As a parent I do not appreciate the fact that you're representatives are so rude to people. And there are some young people that are trying their best in this world and are trying new things for the first time and it is very disappointing to see the others out there really don't care. Thank you for your time and consideration and hearing what I had to say

2/5

Never going back there

Doctor spends literally 95% of the visit typing info into computer. 5 % of the time goes to patient. Its clear all they care about is collecting money and its disgusting. I will never go again and tell Everyone I know the same. Patient is not a concern.. only a dollar sign.

UPDATE TO MY EXPERIENCE WITH CVS MINUTE CLINIC-VIRTUALLY- MORE FRUSTRATION!

UPDATE : TERRIBLE/TOTALLY FRUSTRATING CVS MINUTE CLINIC about 2 hours ago, I spoke with CVS minute Clinic who advise I upload copy of my ID, and enter SPECIFIC VERBIAGE IN THE SUBJECT LINE. I was advice to call back after an hour (that should be call back at around 12:20 EST) to check if error was corrected. It is now 1:38, I called back a few minutes ago. The agent now tells me it takes 24 hours for their system to update info. THEREFORE, I now have two days to get the prescription I wanted refilled - to be refilled. CALLING CVS MINUTE CLINIC - AVAILING OF THEIR VIRTUAL SERVICE for a refill of a prescription ( an cream for dermatitis - not a controlled substance) TOTALLY USELESS , & FRUSTRATING. Their Customer service is not any help at all - they cannot help resolve issues. I SHOULD JUST HAVE GONE TO WALK-IN, OR URGENT CARE, OR ZOCDOC. I thought the minute clinic service is as good as the CVS PHARMACY. This experience PROVED ME WRONG.

TERRIBLE MINUTE CLINIC WEBSITE!

Original review Feb 19, 2023
I called CVS Minute Clinic Virtual for refill of prescription that I needed yesterday. I went for the Virtual because of convenience. As it turned out, until now I do not have my prescription refilled. The website got my birthday wrong. There was no feedback given by website that an entry was wrong or an entry needs to be corrected. I uploaded copies of my insurance, primary and secondary. For hours, I did not know there was something wrong with the process. It was when I called the pharmacy to check if prescription was ready for pick up that I learned the order was not sent. I called Minute Clinic customer service to find out why. That was when I know there was error in my birthday. I asked how to correct that. the process was complicated, i.e. take picture of your ID. email it to a certain address, and state the subject line in particular way. I decided I will just go to the minute clinic and have it corrected there. NOPE. Cant be done. no appointment. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR CONVENIENCE AND GREAT SERVICE, GO TO WALK-IN CLINIC OR URGENT CARE INSTEAD. Their customer service agents are good but the website process gives you FRUSTRATION & TERRIBLE INCONVENIENCE!

Ripped Off

Updated by user Mar 18, 2023
Never heard back from CVS or Minute Clinic.Made several attempts to get some satisfaction, but not happening.

Original review Mar 18, 2023
I went to the CVS on Navajo Rd in San Diego CA for a hearing aids test. The cost was $139.00. The technician explained the procedure (which I'm quite familiar with) and did the lavage stating that my ear canal was now clear enough for the audiologist to perform the exam. Paid the bill, went to the audiologist. Upon examination of the ear canals, both were still blocked and she could not perform the exam. Immediately went back to confront this issue and they wanted an additional $139.00 to do it again! NOT!! I expressed my extreme displeasure and was told that's company policy. B. S. Will never go to CVS again.

Poor billing practices; very poor customer service

Minute Clinic did not even acknowledge receipt of my mailed letter explaining the billing problem; phone customer service reps had no clue about how to handle the billing problem and were no help at all.

Refund not received

Working with the billing people has been total nightmare. I received bill that should have gone to my insurance provider (United Healthcare) and they charged my credit card amount. When I compained, they told me to wait for 6 weeks for refund Cheque, Now it is almost 2 months, I did not receive the Cheque yet. Everytime you call them, they will ask you to wait

Can't even cure a simple case of ringworm.

I do not have a primary care physician. I went into the CVS minute clinic to be treated for a very simple ringworm infection. They put me on antibiotics for a week. Things started to clear up right away. But as soon as I ran out of the medicine the very next day the ringworm is back. I had obviously not been assigned the medication for a long enough. Of time. At any rate I called minute clinic back dissatisfied and I got no response from them none whatsoever. Now I'm out the visit expense and the antibiotic expense the ringworm is back worse than ever and minute clinic is nowhere to be found to help me. Pitiful operation. Just pitiful

No Covid-19 Test but Advertised It Online

My family had the international flights today (10/25/2022) and was required to take two covid tests (one 48 hours and one 24 hours before flights) in two different labs. We had the 1st test done in M Health Fairview in Minnesota on 10/23/2022. The one with CVS Minute Clinic was the 2nd test. On 10/21/2022, our four appointments were scheduled on the Minute Clinic website for the Rapid Covid 19 Travel test. I attached one email snapshot here. They were supposed to start at 10:30 am yesterday (10/24/2022). I even called and talked to a service person and got confirmation from her that the Rapid PCR (NAAT) test results would come in 3 hours after the tests and we would receive the results via email. When We arrived at the clinic at 4140 COUNTY RD 101 N, PLYMOUTH, MN 55446 at 10:20 am, the kiosko there couldn't find us to check us in and then a pharmacist there called my phone, telling me that they didn't do the tests any more. I saw her through the pharmacy window and told her we were in the clinic. She said she knew but they didn't have the covid test services and she didn't come out to talk to us in person. I said it's time sensitive and asked her to tell me which location we should go then, she said she didn't know and she only knew that they had discontinued that service for a while. Basically: "You deal with the mess. Not my business." I was caught off guard totally! After receiving the confirmation emails with the confirmation numbers, as well as confirmations from the service person on phone, and the reminding text messages an hour before the appointments, who would imagine that this could happen?! I had to try my luck to see if we could take the tests in another clinic and still get the results in time. We were grateful that Park Nicollet in Plymouth MN did try their best to help us and gave us the tests around 12:15 pm. However, due to the time sensitivity, we didn't get the results in time for the flights. I had to cancel the flights and face the about $4,000 financial loss from the flights and the tests. Worse than that, when I called the Minute Clinic number 1-86*-***-ASAP (2727) to complain about it today, a man answered the phone. He asked me about my name, DOB, and what I was for. While I was talking, he didn't say much. I asked him if he was taking notes, he said yes. After I finished for a while without hearing anything from him, I asked him whether he was still taking notes, no one replied, and then a machine female voice said the number I was calling was a wrong number and gave me the number I was calling (1-86*-***-****) again. Then it hung up on me! I then called the number again. This time a woman answered. I said what happened, including the man I just talked to. She said 'Hum, hum...' even when I hadn't finished my sentence, making me feel that they were trained to deal with complaints in this way, pretending to listen, yet actually doing nothing. After hearing no voice replying to my questions and only silence for some time, I was hung up on again. This time, there was not even a machine voice! I then wrote an email to the email address found on their website complaint@***.org. Guess what? This email address doesn't exist!!! Absolutely horrible experiences we had with CVS Minute Clinic!!! There is no way to complain on such un-professional practices?!

Terrible service and I usually have no issues

I tried to make an appointment for my son online this morning, for a virtual appointment. We have been there plenty of times before and everything has been fine until today. I went to set him up with an appointment, I entered in all his information and it would kick me back saying he wasn't a verified patient. I tried my account as his caregiver, when I got the practitioner to call me back, she asked if the appointment was for me and I told her it was for my son, but the site wouldn't verify his information. She said she couldn't do that, even if the site wouldn't verify him, then she hung up on me (no offer to help get me where I needed to go, no phone number, just ended the zoom call). I called the company to try and get help and got an automated message. I finally reached a live person and she told me I'd have to get my husband to register for an account (because he was the primary provider for insurance) in order to get our son added. Ok, he did that, and he got the same message, it wouldn't verify our son. I tried calling CVS, the minute clinic customer service line, all I got were automated messages. A whole morning spent running in circles for nothing. It's too bad my son decided to get an ear infection on the weekend or he would have gone to his primary, now I know minute clinic isn't an option either.
