New minn kota terrova. Everything work except the motor. Remote shows motor running but it is not!
I was sent to Krennser Marine In Sodus Point, NY, only to find that they do not do warranty work on Electric trolling motors. Was deeply disappoint as I had just bought the motor. That was really disappointing.

Terrible customer service.
Bought a trolling motor that had issues in the first month of owning. Authorized mechanic ordered a new board which took over a month to get. Then I had to drive a 3 hour round trip to get installed. After installation still didnt work. I bought all new motor and trolling motor to make sure I didnt miss spring fishing season. Now Im not only missing spring fishing, but having to jump through hoops and spend money I dont have to get back to fishing. If you fish like I do this spells a terrible experience.

Called to find out about using 2 12 volts batteries in series using a 12 volt charger with 2 banks. Customer service rep said that will work excellent.

Registration and putting together
Your registration is horrible, you cannot scroll with entering without entering a model, even though it was the wrong one. Then when you try to enter a different model it erases everything and you have to start over. Took me over 50 minutes. Then to install the trolling motor is a joke. 1. Directions state to use the template. Would be nice if one was included. STUPID then there are bags of wires that have NO labels on them. You have to take and look at the manual and visually match up what parts go where. STUPID. I have a ton of Garmin products, golf gps, locators, hunting gpss. And everything comes labels and easy to set up and use. Also, this is the second time Ive written this out, as the first time it ask me for my email and phone. I entered it and a pop up, says I already have an account. So it ask me to login, I did. It still wouldnt send. So I tried face book, and I knew that wouldnt work as this is all negative. So Im guessing you wont get this one either. You send me an email that you can not respond to. And why dont you just read the chat, which is a joke. As that would explain. Al Benning 715-829-****
