Wrong bike

Advertisement clearly states engine is honda design and picture shows a dirtbike style engine. It's a lawnmower engine... The tires are way smaller on bike they sent compared to picture. I guess I dropped the ball. I usually do better research but I was in a hurry. I should feel blessed I got mine-- from a lot of complaints I have read some people paid but never received a bike... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. We should all get together and file a false advertising suit... I know I am not the only one been scammed!!!

Poor customer service

So I purchased a pocket bike on 2/27/23 for a birthday present that will be needed by 3/18. Their website says that delivery normally takes about 5 days. Well... here we are 17 days later and no product. It appears UPS lost the package, and I get it, these things happen. However their response to me was "well we have to allow them to trace the package and see if they can find it" which I said ok to a few more days, but they now expect me to wait a whole week and the birthday is in a few days. So they replied with another email saying "well here's UPS phone number for you to call" To me that is poor customer service, first of all, why should I be inconvenience like this, they already charged me for a product that I do not have. At the very least YOU call UPS and keep track, or better yet send me another one expedited but they said they do not do that. I told them NO, I am not waiting anymore, and that I want a refund. Bad experience and I do not recommend them...By the way UPS sucks also.

Bad back tire, does not idle well

Bike doesnt idle well, runs rough and hard to get going once its started. Bad back tire, when it does run, the back tire is like running on a block and the bike bounces as it rides. Instructions says put oil in gas tank. They should correct it to say put fuel(gasoline) in the tank. The design should be that they have a place to install lights on the bike.

TO WARN OTHER POTENTIAL BUYERS

If I could give them 0 stars, I would, don't waste your money is basically throwing it away when buying from this company. Their customer service is extremely rude, they don't care. I purchased 2 Phantom RSX Pocket Bike almost $1000 one time used, and both bikes are leaking bad and the bike won't stay on. I was going to purchase Stinger RT Go Karts, X18-R Nitro Bike, and X19-CR Dominator Bike but never again will they get business from me. I'm not one to ever write reviews bad reviews. I'm always pretty satisfied with the things I purchased, but the way I was treated by their customer service representative was not right, that is not the way to treat your customers. This was a birthday gift for my kids, and they are very sad that they can even ride the bikes. I'm very disappointed, No feel like I threw my money in the garbage.

Bad customer service

Got the bike delivered with no problems. Assembled no problems. However there have been numerous issues with the bike since it's been running. The main one is the chain kept popping off. Finally it broke. Contacted them for my replacement as it was under their warranty. They didn't have one in stock. Finally got one in stock months later and they shipped it to the wrong address. I can't get ahold of anyone to make it right. They went dark on me and now I have a disappointed child and a $400 bike that I can't use.

Bike does not work

Ordered bike for son for Christmas. Did not arrive til well after Christmas. After putting bike together, it will not pull to start or run. After contacting them, I am giving multiple emails on inspections to take this bike apart. I dont know the first thing about a mini bike. Instead of offering a refund or offering to have this bike sent bike, I am told there is nothing they can do until all inspections are done.

What a nightmare

We bought a mini pocket rocket for my sons birthday. The one we wanted wasnt in stock so the guy talked us in to getting a different one. Theres been nothing but problems since the first few days we had it. The paint around the gas cover was chipping off, the area around it completely cracked so they sent us a new one. That one also started to crack, then the chain kept coming off and found out the sprocket was defective. Not once but TWICE did they send us the wrong sprocket and summer is now over and my son has not been able to ride it for 2 months!!! Absolutely ridiculous and horrible company to buy from. Save your money and go somewhere local

Order mess up

I ordered my son a mini pocket bike. And after getting a email saying it would be here on a Monday, it was over a week and a day late getting here. They sent a mini dirt bike. Nobody will call me back. And the customer service people would not even help me. They told me that I was bacically stuck with it

Fraud

Anyone interested in filing a class action suit against this company? They are pulling a scam. They are telling customers there are billing issues and then making you reorder , charge you twice and then make you pay a restocking fee and shipping charges to make more money.

They are a rip off and losey customer service shes a ***

I ordered a mini pocket rocket for my grandson 299.00 due to shipping delays i received it late, so I met the UPS guy several times when he was doing deliveries he was great so the box showed up and i said I don't want it just return to shipper also it looked to have damage from the box. After days of calling this lady in CA says UPS said it was a duplicate order I never touched the box or ordered a second one he just put down duplicate order so after approx 2 hours waiting ordered in March now June no refund she said well you should have taken it if it was damaged I only said it looked as if it could be and I just returned it so her smart *** says well you will be charged for shipping (received very late and a restocking fee) I said well what if i had taken it and then returned it and it wasn't damaged you would have still paid shipping and restocking fee out of $300.00 I received a 125.00 credit two months later then I even said my grandson couldn't use it if I bought it last week he broke his leg she proceeded to call me a liar saying that the reason it was returned. He broke his leg one week ago I ordered this in March received late May and was charged 175.00 for a *** with an attitude. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM they are lazy rude and misleading there are tons of other companies with the same bikes that are so nice and take tons of time to talk to you why did I ever stoop to this lame company with one rude *** *** Guess she thought just because she is in CA and I'm in KY we will never meet but just so happen I'm going to visit my friends in CA and were all going to go meet her without her knowing whom we are, so I can see if she treats everyone this way then talk to her boss personally. I'm going to legally get my money back and then my friend is a CA lawyer! Oops did I forget to mention this to her? Apparently I'm not the first nor the last to be ripped off by this company. Stay away from them they are not worth your time or money.

Very poor customer service never received item

I ordered a mini pocket rocket for my grandson in March waited told them to cancel she said to refuse when it was received. I and the UPS guy did this it never left his truck. It is now June 5th and still fighting for my 300.00 to be refunded they do not respond to letters texts emails phone calls and my credit card company is now fighting to get my money with no luck at all. I will never recommend buying thru this company its giving away free money and when you do get a response its not in english and they hang up.Buy thru another company!

Order conformation

I received my statement and order ID # but the only communication I have received from them is that there is a delay because of the virus. They said they would resume shipments in the first days of May and I have yet to hear anything. I have tried to contact by email, by some direct contact us link and I have tried by phone, however no one ever answers. I am going to my bank tomorrow and filing a fraudulent investigation to get my money back and will never do business with this bogus company again. I have an 8 year old who has been so excited to receive his bike and daily I have R o make excuses. I do not lie to my kids but those that are only looking at their account grow bigger obviously dont give a damn about the heart break they are causing my child. He is beginning to believe that this is how the world works and that I just tell him what he wants to hear and that is a road that will never devide my relationship with my kids. So I am getting my money back and I will go with a legit non-Bs Company who actually knows how to run a business and deal with the human side of public relations, when an issue arises instead of hiding from it. Grow a set and do what you advertise. Thank you is out of the question from me at the moment but please keep doing what you're doing so us fee you have had enough will just keep adding fuel to the fire and giving all our dug up info, our nonresponsive service and some shady going on that we've uncovered. This will be giving to an attorney for whom can put a stop to people being cheated and who have received products unbecoming of how they were advertised. Yours truly pissed off consumers

Where is my order

I placed 2 different order in 2days and I have not received my order and I have a tracking number for the first order and it said it would be here by the first of the month and it was never delivered please let me know where my package is and why us it not here when the notice was made I spent almost $900on 2orders aand no one ever gave me a update on my orders
