Battery powered 16" saw

My chain keeps coming off. I noticed that when I put it back on there are two holes on the chain support near the chain drive. Only one is filled up with a nipple sticking out. So the chain moves around when in use. That doesnt seem normal. Is there any way to send you a picture?

No correspondence about my 1/4 impact driver

I sent drill and impact gun in that I purchased as a kit and was never sent my impact driver back I use it daily for work and I have to make due with other tools. My Milwaukee love was 100% until I didnt receive my impact driver back which has caused major delays in work progress just overall very disappointed with the service department. Best regards, Garrett king

As of today , I’m not sure they even figured out what is going on but they offered to send me a new nail gun ! Seeing is believing.

Bought m18 15 ga finish nailer its over 5 years old so out of warranty. Bought it and used for remodel of our last house . Used for that house only and it broke halfway through project . Sent back and was repaired( main part failed) never used after got it back . Now were building a new house and again half way through putting wood on ceiling it did same thing . I took to an authorized service center who sent it back to Milwaukee. 5 weeks later still noting from service center who I called every Friday and was told they dont have any word . So i by passed them and got sv number and called Milwaukee myself . They told me $175. To fix it only to be called finally by service center who now says 275. And new one is 329. . Wtf is going on at Milwaukee?

Bad air compressor

Home Depot would not allow me return for a new compressor when I purchased the thing 2 months ago and used it only 2 or 3 times. They said I had no record of buying from them and they take my phone number everytime and turned me away. Where I live they seem to treat white people much different you can understand that maybe. I called Milwaukee to see if I could get them to help me and they did so by telling me to send to them and they would fix it. In my opinion Home Depot should of handled this for me but that's fine I will never go back and they need to look into their racist employees next I will not be nice but there will be no next time. I'm sick of the racist blacks that work there.

Disappointed with product purchased

We purchased a Milwaukee Lithium-Ion cordless drill driver/impact driver combo kit (2 tool) with batteries and charger in February, and it arrived with dead batteries we returned it to without any problems with the seller returning our money, last week on 5/16/23 we purchased two of these same kits from a different seller, again we had the same problem and again returned the kits to the seller, we ask the seller if they would check the batteries for us to make sure they could see for themselves and the product could be checked out with your company. We have purchased Milwaukee tools for 14 years with excellent results, now I am afraid to purchase this product again and needless to say I still like Milwaukee tools and want these kits. Could the problem be that they have been warehoused too long? I no longer have my receipt for February purchase.

Tech-support must’ve been putting the mayonnaise on his sandwich when I called so he was in the mood to really be too helpful

I got mixed up and asked him a question about a battery then I realized wait a minute this is not even Milwaukees battery, but a copy of it, and he couldnt have said it in a more Maura bun voice it look like he wasnt capable of holding a conversation, but basically simply answering a question, followed by quietness my question was very mellow but I feel sorry if somebody called up and needed a lot of support from this fella

Milwaukee Weed Eater

Updated by user Apr 18, 2023
I was told they would charge me $139 to fix the weed eater even though it is under warranty, which Milwaukee does not deny.

Original review Apr 18, 2023
I purchased a Milwaukee weed eater in the Fall of 2021, but in the Fall of 2022 the motor burnt out. I sent it back as per the warranty and Milwaukee would not honor the warranty. I was told a burnt-out motor is not a flaw.I

Ned new tools

Have not received any confirmation on my issues yet. I am hoping that Milwaukee will help me out with replacing my stolen tools for I have been with them a long time. I am a full supporter of Milwaukee tools with the top rating on all their battery operated tools couldnt ask for any better product than Milwaukee battery operated tools. I have heard nothing but good reviews on the company helping out people that are a lifetime supporter of their tools Im hoping they will find it in their heart to help me get back on my feet with new tools from them for all mine or stolen by some petty people And that has put me in a very bad spot with no tools I am a small business operator and it has just taken everything Ive had to try to replace my tools I am asking Milwaukee who I am a lifetime supporter of two please help me

Customer Service

Recently I purchased your M18 Weed Trimmer thru Home Depot. Out-of-box- it would not start (followed all the instructions carefully)- returned & was given a new one. I also purchased two(2) M18(6.0) batteries. I have used a gas trimmer for years, so Im quite familiar with operation. Trimmer would start up fine- but then shut down after 10 seconds- from that point on it would only stay running for about 3 seconds. Tried everything for about three hours- finally initiated a chat with your customer service- they recommended taking the tool into a certified Milwaukee Service Center in my area. Welcome to Fishers Tools near Phoenix AZ. They couldnt help-so they would send it in to your main repair facility-advising me that it would be gone for about a month- one of my new batteries was attached to the tool. With no word after 15 days, I needed to maintain my lawns-so I purchased a second cordless trimmer. Finally Fishers called to tell me that my tool had arrived with repair covered by warranty. They asked me to give them three days to package the tool for me to pick it up- which I didnt understand- but I complied. Arrived to get my Tool- it was broken down & secured with a number of cable ties. A M18 CP 1.5 battery was also cable tied. I told the Person helping me that it was not the M18 6.0 battery I had left with the tool 5 weeks ago. He left to check his Service Dept and never returned. I waited for twenty minutes & even went into a back room service area- lights were off, and no one present. Another employee stated that he would have his manager call me- as I was escorted to the door. Two working days later I finally got the Store Manager- who made it clear that the battery attached was the one the Tool arrived with & his in-store surveillance camera was his proof. I explained that I had receipts for purchasing the M18 6.0 batteries, & that I had never purchased a 1.5 battery. He stated that he didnt appreciate being called a liar & he hung up. So- Ive decided that Ive worked too hard & followed all the rules to be treated as such. Its time to test the waters over this issue with your recommended service center. I will hold Fishers Tools accountable, and yes- Milwaukee Tools as well- for recommending and guiding me to this repair center. Thank You.
