Denied refund after Midway said they would

I bought an expensive 1550.00 crossbow, it broke I sent back to mfg, when returned to me was still damaged, I wanted my money back, I bought from Midway not the mfg, I was told I would receive a full refund by the CS supervisor that I asked for and he sent a return label and RA # , Ishipped the bow at ups and when I got home the CS Manager called and said they now would not honor the refund and when the box arrives they would refuse it and it would be retuned to the shipping location. Not cool Midway , not cool at all.

Dishonest billing practices

Not a HUGE money issue, but my advice is to take a screen shot of your order invoice and print it BEFORE you hit the "place order" button. I was told that I earned a 10% discount for signing up for text messages and my purchase invoice showed 10OFF2023 code applied. I hit the "place order" button and thought everything was ok. A couple of days later, I checked the website to see shipping info. and looked at my invoice because I wanted a printed copy. Swicharooney. 10% discount had disappeared from the invoice. Luckily the order was only $137 total, so I only got screwed out of $13, but that would have covered the $9 shipping and $6 tax. Customer Service says they have no control over discount codes---they can't trace them, issue them or credit them. Lesson learned.

Price is wrong on dies

The Dies are listed at $38 and some change and when I place the order it came through it $51 and some change customer service said there said it was 51 and change and that I must not updated my computer. I logged in that morning, so I dont know what went wrong but I dont think its right.

Items not delivered

UPS stated that they delivered my package on my porch at 12:50 PM. I was home from 1130 till three. No package was delivered called Midway customer service. The agent couldve give a *** less about my problem. This goes against everything Larry Potterfield stands for Ive ordered items from midway USA since the 1990s and never had problems like this.

Return product.

I clicked on pissed customer inadvertently.sorry, I returned a scope and range finder. Dropped off at ups this past Friday. I know its been busy for you. Still have not yet heard back from you about the return confirmation credit. Thank you for your help . Still a good customer.

Don't buy from midway. Not only do they charge you 10 percent restocking fee for something that isn't your fault but they charge you shipping even though no where on their policies does it say that. T

Don't buy from midway. Not only do they charge you 10 percent restocking fee for something that isn't your fault but they charge you shipping even though no where on their policies does it say that. Then they use excuses when you asked why you are being charged for shipping when it doesn't say anything about that on their return policy. especially when 3 employees told you before you returned it that since it wasn't your fault that you wouldn't be charge!100 dollars they changed for shipping return. It was one item that weighs less than 8 pounds. Customer service says there's nothing they can do about it!

Product quality

Switch no work, packed great and not real clear on instructions. Switch on speaker was deficient, but base worked fine. Quality control is suspect.

Wrong item shipped twice

I ordered an item from MidwayUSA's website. They shipped me the wrong item. They advised me to return the item &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; they would immediately ship the correct item. I returned the item & they shipped it right back to me!!!!! Absolutely astonishing!!!!!

Dishonest return credit

Midway properly charged me sales tax on my purchase. When I returned the product they only credited me for the purchase amount LESS THE SHIPPING COST TO RETURN. This could amount to hundreds of thousands of dollars of income for them over the year. On my $24 purchase they shorted me $.55. This is dishonest.

Horrible

Purchased a floating handrail from them for a xmas present for my boyfriend last year. I unfortunately have not got around to opening the item until now to install on his AR. Upon opening the item, it is obviously not a Midwest product but a generic knockoff. The barrel nut is knurled and doesnt have any slots for the wrench. It is missing the torque plate and no brand marks an slightly different design. While I absolutely understand that it is 8 months later, it still does not absolve them for sending me a different product than I paid for. When I reached out to them, they stated sorry its past our 90 day return policy. Not acceptable. I want to return the knockoff and get the actual item that I originally paid for.
