The company said that they would refund me & they refused

I spoke with an agent about a month ago, he advised me to provide a statement that I am no longer working with an attorney on my account. I called them back and a foreign lady asked me what do I need to speak to him about. I asked her to transfer me to extension 20242. She would not transfer me to him. So I called back today and asked to speak to Mark Dodson, they would not let me talk to him

CROOKS AND KEYBOARD GANGSTERS

Midland Credit Management are the lowest *** off the bottom of my shoes they are dirty bastards!!!!! They scam and ruin good people's lives everyday. This company will get their day when they meet God almighty cause what they are doing is terrible and illegal. I know this by forth hand firsthand and I can attest that they have tried everything you can think of to make it hard and miserable on me.

Poor customer service

condescending rep. So you just going to pay what you want! Passed over to manager and he was worse so you are afraid to get a debit card very rude, impatient Didnt I already say that? I asked was that necessary to say that? He said, I believe it was because clearly I repeated this and stop interrupting me! What a poor excuse for a customer service manager.

NOT WILLING TO HELP

I CALL IN TO UPDATE MY DEBIT CARD, THE REP NOT WILLING TO HELP INSTEAD OF UPDATE TO DEBIT CARD HIM WANT TO RECREATE NEW PLAN. I AM NOT SURE THE REP. ALL GET PAY ON COMMISION AND GOT HANG OFF TWO TIMES. TAKE THE THIRD PERSON AND MESSAGE ON LINE TO FINALY GOT THE PERSON WILLING TO HELP. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME, WHEN I RECEIVED MY STIMULUS CHECK FROM IRS INSTEAD OF SPEND $$$ AND I DECIDE TO PAID MY DEBT THAT WHY I HAD TO CALLED IN TO CHANGE CARD, OTHERWISE NEVER CALLED, THEY HAD THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULD GRADE THEM NEGATIVE -20 IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALL MIDLAND REP. SHOULD GO BACK IN CLASS OF TRAINING. NOBODY IN A PADEMIC WILLING TO PAY THEIR DEBT AND ON TOP OF THAT HAD TO DUE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES REP.......

THEY ARE SCAMS AND REPORT INACURRATE RESULTS. SHOULD HAVE BEEN DELETED FORM MY REPORT. GOING TO SUE THEM FOR HARRASMENT AND DEFAMATION OF CREDIT PROFILE FOR INACCURACIES AND HOW THEY HANDLE THINGS

THEY HAVE BEEN REPORTING SOME ACCOUNTS ALL IN ERRORS AND INACCURACIES AND THEY BUY AND RESELL THESE ACCOUNTS AND THEN TRY TO COLLECT ON THEM OVER AND OVER. THEY SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE AND I HAVE SOUGHT OUT AN ATTORNEY WHO WANTS TO PAINT THEIR WAGON A NEW COAT OF RED FOR THEIR SCAM AND UNETHICAL PRACTICES AND THEY HAVE A HUGE REPUTATION OF DOING THESE THINGS TO PEOPLE. IF THEY KNOW WHAT I KNOW THEY BEST DELETE THOSE WRONG REPORTING IN MY CREDIT REPORT SOON Because WE ARE COMING FOR THEM MY ATTORNEY AND I WITH FACTS.

Impossible to get a hold of anyone

I have been trying to get a hold of these people for weeks now and because I was working with a debt consolidation they won't speak to me. Now that I cancelled my debt consolidation it is impossible to talk to someone in this department about it because they are always closed. Its fishy that there are no emails to be messaged.

They keep bothering me

They are bothering me about a written off debit with credit one bank . The fee is outstanding and the card had a certain amount of debt and it wasnt that . They are a scam.

They never follow the FCRA! They have 2 companies or more and they break all rules! The worst collections agency ever other than Sentry!

Pissed off mom

They are mean son of *** They keep calling every 2 hours at home while I am at work . They are Very rude when u question them, ask for an account number, I don't have one. I even went in on their website and put my spouse name in and nothing. All they do is harass me and my family. This is not right

Harrassment

They called me for weeks and I gave in and set up a payment plan of $6.00 a week.I just noticed my statement says "This agreement will not resolve your account". What does that mean exactly?dThank you

Rude and useless

Never treated so poorly in my life. Rude, indignant. They will not work with you on a settlement. One payment, take it or leave it. The worse company ever. Quite apparent they won't work with you so they can get higher commission on one lump settlement.

Shady, harassing, rude and will not not responsive to settlements.

If you ever have the misfortune to deal wirh this company my condolences. Worst experience in my life regarding a settlement.Not willing to work out payment plan, only a one time settlement. there are hundreds of other companies who will act in your best interest other then these mean and rude people.

Will not show me how my payments are being disbursed.

I went to court and sat with mediator and MCM's lawyer. They said set up a payment YOU can afford so you don't miss it. They also said since I am raising my niece with state support that I could write a letter so there would be no interest. MCM has never responded to that letter or 5 others requesting clarity of where/how my money is applied. MCM lied in court as employees calling me said I don't get to decide on payment. What are my legal steps here?

Impersonal, Callous and Unsympathetic

Just terribly upset how the conversation went and feel their was a lack of communication. I do not feel they act in the best interests of client.

Cold, Callous and insensitive

Never had such a poor experience with a company who was not at least somewhat flexible. Really felt like they are not interested in helping people - just getting a commission on settlements. Shame on them!
