Atten to Concerned . Refer Airway bill # 458******** from USA to India by UPS expedited mode . This parcel was held up in Dubai for documentation reason , we have called your customer service department repeatedly two to three days to know the actual reason why this happened . Till date they are not answered our question nor responded to it . We are very up set with the service you provide . IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANY LINK BETWEEN UPS WORLD WIDE WHY DO YOU FOOL CUSTOMER ROUTING CALLS THROUGH UPS CUSTOMER SERVICE.? if customer service is not effective please remove that from the service.
